We enjoyed being able to quickly walk to all the attractions in the area. The river walk was such a fun and interesting experience. San Antonio is a wonderful city to visit.

We had a very comfortable stay.

The apartment was fully stocked with everything we needed for our first ever visit to San Antonio. The location was great for walking to restaurants along the River Walk. We really enjoyed the outside backyard to provide some shade during late afternoon sun. Also very close to a beautiful church for Sunday services. We would not hesitate to rent again.

We really enjoyed Vickie’s Place. It is a short walk to the Riverwalk, and if you like to walk a very comfortable walk to The Alamo, Restaurants and downtown attractions. There is a park right across the street if you enjoy outdoor time and a very delightful coffee shop just steps away. Starbucks is also just about 2 blocks as well. Save time to enjoy the house as well because it is a good mix of comfort and quirky. Everything we needed was there from soap to coffee, and there is a little garden area where I had my morning coffee. Parking was provided, but we were able to on the street in front of the house. Really a wonderful place to stay. We hope to visit again.

We had a great time at Vicky’s Place in San Antonio. The older home was very clean and comfortable, and convenient to the River Walk. Located on a quiet street, we felt very safe the entire time. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable vacation!

We totally enjoyed the ambience , comfort, and whimsical art. The location for walking to sights of interest is perfect.

This place is right on the edge of downtown and is so conveniently located near the freeway as well. My sister and I were in town to be with my niece as she tried on bridal dresses. The home had everything that we needed for our short stay.

Vicky's place was a great combination of vintage charm and modern convenience. Very quiet and very clean. Good location on the Riverwalk to go in either direction--to Pearl or to downtown.

We were traveling for an Air Force a graduation and knew we wanted to be close to the River Walk while it was close to the River Walk Trail, it’s about 1 mile to the RiverWalk shops and restaurants. Also the house smelled musty and both beds linens smelled the same. While you can see the neighborhood is trying to revitalize it still made us uncomfortable as a group of women to walk at night. Parking was a challenge because of the size of the parking space and a trash can that was left in the path and the cars that were always parked in the same spot on the street our whole visit. If we come back we will stay in a hotel on the River Walk because of the convenience.

Vicky’s Place was a great house for our visit. The house was clean, comfortable, easy to find, well accommodated and cute! Beds were comfy, kitchen had the essentials and the location was ideal. We were in town for a bittersweet reunion, and the accommodations made the trip easier. Thanks, Vicky!

Our only disappointment about this place is that we didn't stay longer! We had EVERYTHING we needed here and the location was perfect access to San Antonio's highlights. The owner obviously cares and does all she can to assure a wonderful stay by her guests. From free coffee to an adorable personal gift. We will be back for sure! You should too, you won't be disappointed!

San Antonio has always been a favorite destination for me! Vicky’s place was a wonderful find. Loved everything about it! Location was great the decor was fun and they supplied everything we needed. Loved all the thoughtful touches. Will be back. Highly recommend.

This VRBO was very clean and comfortable! It was nice to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing. Loved the kitchen which was well stocked. Bathrooms are small but adequate. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the decor with the hand painted furniture etc.

The property was quaint, modern, and clean. Appreciated there was an alarm and multiple locks on the doors. The gift was an added personal touch. The location was perfect for a short drive or walk to the River Walk (Google map Ocho and park on the street. Cheap parking near the house and walk onto the Riverwalk). The only slightly annoying thing was a white car crowding the driveway in front of the house. Not sure who’s car and not blaming the property owner. Thank you for the awesome stay!!!

We just stayed one night, but it is close to the Museum Reach section of the Riverwalk. This is the nice area away from the “party zone”. It is walkable to Pete’s for breakfast, and to Elsewhere, formerly The Luxury. Also close to Bourbon Street for good seafood, or Ochos at Havana Hotel for small plates. Highly recommend stopping at the VFW Post 76 for a beverage and going to SA Museum of Art. We will definitely be back. The house is cute and affordable. I have stayed at all the hotels in this area and will definitely go back to Vicky’s Place when I go to San Antonio for fun times.

We really enjoyed Vickie's Place. It is charming and quaint with a great location and access to the Riverwalk. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. It had the comforts if home. I'll be back if in the San Antonio Area!

Four of us rented this place for a long weekend and had a blast. The place was spotless and very comfortable. It's about a 15 minute walk to many breweries and coffee shops. There was an outdoor patio that we used to just spend some time outside. It's on a very narrow street that doesn't have a great view , but that's a minor thing. Great house, great communication with owners, and a great time

Very nice, clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do

The house was perfect for us. Very close to the Riverwalk and easy access to highways. The online description is spot on. The house has very colorful hand painted furniture and is very cozy and comfortable. Our only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to watch local channels on the Roku TVs. We would definitely stay here again.
