Quiet, peaceful, relaxing property. Just what the doctor ordered!

We so enjoyed our two-week stay at this beautiful property. Lovely house, beautiful desert front yard and great back yard with pool. Chilly weather for our stay but still hung out in the backyard so much, reading, bird watching, grilling out and appreciating the beautiful sunsets. Landscaping is gorgeous - bright pink bougainvillea with delicate succulents planted beneath. Very large, private property with saguaros lit up at night . Beautiful! House has a functional layout, great kitchen and fun southwest decor. Family enjoyed the pool table, walks in the lovely neighborhood and super convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants, everything you need. Enjoyed hikes at the nearby Sonoran preserve and Granite Mountain trails.

Thank you Annette for being available every time we had a question and all the small attentions, as the misters installed during our stay! We appreciated the little booklet provided with what to do and where to go! We weren’t disappointed ! We definitely will coming back again !

My husband and I were very fortunate to have found this beautiful property to rent for our first post-vaccine trip. It will now be our go-to when we're in Scottsdale. Annette is an absolute pleasure--great communication, humor, and impeccable taste. The beds were very comfortable, and the high-quality linens inspired me to do a bit of upgrading at home. The kitchen is well equipped and made it easy to spend evenings at the outdoor dining table with friends we hadn't been able to see in over a year. We are already planning another trip back later this year. My only regret is that the calendar will book up quickly when people see how amazing this new listing is!

Great stay. Exceeded our expectations.

This is an amazing home in North Scottsdale! We enjoyed a special family gathering and stayed for a week in early April. The large outdoor space is private with a beautiful pool, lush lawn and covered patio for dining. Even after the sun sets, the lighting of the saguaro cactus with distant mountain views is spectacular. The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with everything you can imagine. And if you enjoy cocktails, an assortment of beautiful glassware (indoor and outdoor) added a nice touch. The beds are SO comfortable and the plush towels made us feel like we were at a resort! Annette was very helpful throughout our stay and we hope to plan a return visit.

Breathtaking beauty inside and out! The backyard and pool were private, and the views captured everything we love about Arizona! The home's nature inspired finishes, and modern southwest décor, invite you to feel connected to the beautiful Arizona landscape. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals at home. From the BBQ grill utensils to the espresso machine, no detail was missed. We appreciated the small touches as well....beach towels, patio BT speakers, and night-lights to name a few. Check out the home and landscape lights at night...so pretty! Safe neighborhood close to restaurants, groceries and shopping. Annette was fantastic, and was always readily available to answer any questions. We look forward to another trip to this home in the future. Thank you Annette for making our family trip a success!
