It was close enough to all the activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and yet far enough away from the crowds for peaceful nights in the cabin. The views from our decks were spectacular. Having a private swimming pool was an added plus that my family enjoyed immensely. Everyone in our party gave this cabin and its location a 5 star revue.

We had 8 adults and a baby and we had more than enough room for all of us. If I had to say anything negative it would be the parking. There is room for three vehicles but our neighbor was in one of our spots which made it difficult. Overall, we loved it and wished we had stayed a little longer. We will be back.

This property fits our needs for 6 adults and 4 children ( ages 8-10 months). We had a lot of room. The children enjoyed the game room, pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The scenery was stunning! Highly recommend this property.

Location is great. Close to Pigeon Forge but out of the craziness and in the beauty of the mountains. Cabin was great. We had a door break during our stay (normal wear and tear on the pool room) and managers were quick to respond and get it fixed. 5 star rating for sure.

The cabin was awesome! Very Clean. Great views of the mountains. Had "EVERYTHING". Drive up and down the mountain was not "crazy" or "nail biting", Beds comfortable. Game Room was a much added Plus during Cabin time. The Pool "Water" was NOT Heated enough to really enjoy although it was a heated ROOM. The Hot tub was also really Nice. Lighting around the Barbeque pit would be REALLY helpful had to use a flashlight but workable. Overall a really nice stay and would book it again. Really enjoyed our stay.

Overall this cabin was amazing. There are a few things that can be done to improve a guests stay. There are very limited pots and pans in the cabin. There was no pizza pan at all which we found crazy. We had to run the dishwasher daily to keep clean cups. The only other issue was the hot tub. I didn’t complain to the owners but it smelled of fish, like an aquarium or old water. The hot tub is also super small. Standing in it the water only came up to my knees which is why I didn’t complain of the smell. It was so small we didn’t use it. The pool was amazing as described, the cabin was very clean, the games were all working and great! Overall we had an amazing time at this location. We did have to get maintenance to come check the heating unit because it was leaking water and they were very responsive and fixed the issue quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was an amazing property. Really close to everything but still quiet and cozy. Will be renting again.

I could write a book about actions of Matt. I will leave a short review on this site and let others risk renting from him. We rented a home; we arrived to the heat being broken. After repeated attempts to fix it, no one showed up, and repeated lies. (at 1130pm they said just go stay a hotel for the night) We told Matt we would be requesting a refund of some type. Matt gets angry and demands we send him an email stating everything is fine with the home and we won't be filing for a refund; if we don't send this email, he will not allow us back into the home. We must collect our belongings and leave right now. He stated nothing is wrong with the heat, yet, it took two visits to get it corrected over 2 plus days. He claims the home does not heat passed 65 degrees because it's cold outside, and I should be happy to have that; others are not heating as high. We walk over to two other homes on the property, both heating above 70. He brings a small space heater for a 5,000 sq foot home and demands we send him an email before we can go back to our stay. This continued for two more days, along with many other issues regarding property maintenance and lies. We had to stay in a hotel on our last night's stay. We simply want a refund and to never deal with this owner ever again. He still refuses.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time during our stay at this gorgeous cabin! Plenty of space and activities for all ages to enjoy. The views were fantastic and we were so close to town!! 5 stars and more - definitely will be back!!!

Very nice place

It was our first time in Gatlinburg area. This place is beyond gorgeous. Very spacious. Every freaking thing works. Good sturdy comfortable furniture. Amazing Views!! Close enough to everything thing we needed. Far enough from the hustle bustle of the city. Communication was prompt.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Firefly escape!!! We actually didn’t want to leave!!! The house was absolutely perfect for our family and my sister in law and her family!!! All 12 of us fit perfect and there was so many activities to keep the kids busy, the pool and hot tub were perfect to help us cool off and relax after our activities! The location from activities is amazing! A short 5-10 minute drive and you were into town which didn’t disappoint there were activities for everyone!!!! Mini golf, go karts, arcades, alpine slides, Dollywood and so many food and shopping options!!! I will recommend this place to everyone I know that plans to travel to this location!!!! And our kids have already asked if we can plan to stay here again next summer!!!! The company renting this house out was absolutely amazing to work with! We didn’t have any issues the only time we contacted them was when my sis in law asked if they could join us! I reached out and they responded immediately saying as long as we didn’t go over the amount of persons allowed!!!! Amazing amazing amazing is all I can say about this amazing rental property!!!!!

We had the best time in this house. It was really perfect for our family, kids ranged from 12-2, they loved the game room and we really liked having the pool table in the open area so more people could play and watch and interact. It was easy to get to town. The view was awesome.. Thank you so much!

So much to do and spread out so that nobody was on top of each other (there were 12 of us!). The view was breathtaking! Between the games, Golden Tee, the pool, the hot tub and the pool table, there was always something to do. Even the two year old had a blast!

Everything was as expected and my family and I had a great time. The host where gracious and answered any questions quickly. Thanks for the hospitality and the beautiful cabin. The app is awesome as well!! The only suggestion I would have would a place to put the soap in the room that only has a shower.
