Its a beautiful home and a short walk to the beach. Its a busy neighborhood so parking is tight if you have more than one car. The back yard is special, the gardens are beautifully maintained and the home is well equipped. Pay attention to the bed sizes and number of bathrooms. A few of the beds are doubles and not great for couples. Sharing bathrooms is always challenging.

A group of 7 plus 2 infants we ranged from 4 months to 70! Ideal house and loft for privacy for all PLUS great furnishings for talking and superb beds! A block from a magnificent beach and close to the action of downtown Santa Barbara minus the noise! Highly recommend! Paradise rentals the property manager outstanding! Respond within minutes, kind, gracious and helpful. The house worked out so well for us all. Thank you!

We had a lovely time in the beautiful house and loft! 10 (75yr old) women catching up, having fun and making new memories. The house was very clean and well~kept. And well~situated. And we all managed with just 2 and one half bathrooms! Thank you for all your help!

This property fit our needs for our daughter’s wedding weekend. We needed older grandparents to babysit, but also needed an additional space for us to relax without everyone. The loft suited that need perfectly. We did not have time to enjoy the exercise room or hot tub, but what a nice bonus. Most everything you need is there…home away from home!

This home is beautiful. Nicely appointed furnishings. We loved the separation of the main house & loft. Great location to beach and downtown. Hot tub in garage is funky but had cute projected lights for ambience. Would have been nicer to have it outside and not such over powering chlorine smell. Overall a wonderful three night stay as we celebrated baby shower and birthdays with family.

We had the best time at this precious home! It's so clean and charming. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Adorable quiet safe neighborhood as well!

Whole thing was really easy. Very well informed about instructions. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra sheets ect. Hot tub was a fun addition! Being able to walk to the beach was so nice ! Love the open floor plan. Was so great for our large group. The loft is so cute too and was great to have younger generation there, and older generation in the house so we had space to all do our thing. Highly recommend !

Great house for a group. Was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Work out studio and hot tub was a nice touch. Having the loft and main house was great to have two separate spaces to hang out. Location was perfect - could walk to the grocery store around the corner, beach and bike path is right there and can walk to State Street.

Beautiful property a couple blocks from the beach! Plenty of space, great kitchen, readily accessible property management. Bonus access to concierge to book activities. Will be recommending to others and likely to be back someday!

The house and loft were perfect for us to celebrate as friends. We gathered in the central area for cooking and eating however it was spacious enough for privacy when needed. We loved the experience!

Wonderful Place to Stay
This is the best for families or any larger group. Lots of privacy for all and yet lots of space for get- to-gathers. Beautiful property and well maintained. Close by restaurants and activities.

The house and loft were perfect for us. Nice neighborhood, easy to get around, short walk to beach. The house was charming and very clean with every amenity. Great hot tub. Very quiet area. Comfort, comfort, comfort. Paradise Rentals was very responsive. There was a little glitch about the key code to the Loft, and they were easy to reach and solved the issue immediately by re-coding the Loft remotely. They were also very NICE. We loved Santa Barbara, loved the house and Loft, felt enveloped in comfort.

This property is in a great location for exploring Santa Barbara. The property easily accommodated our 2 families and had plenty of space for all of us. The amenities at the property were appreciated by adults & kids. Highly recommend.
