This was my third stay at the house, and as I wrote before, it is absolutely perfect.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful ocean front home. This house is lovely and the owners were fantastic. LOVED our stay.

From the great communications with Leone ahead of our visit, my husband, in-laws, and I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful waterfront property! The living room and kitchen follows an open area plan, with cute breakfast nook to boot. The master bedroom and bath are extremely spacious while the mattress made for some deep sleeps as well. The second bedroom is true to size for a guest room, but the bathroom has a lovely heated floor that makes it so comfortable! The kitchen has so many great appliances including a coffeemaker and twice as many cups/plates/cutlery that a family would ever need, as well as some helpful essentials (i.e., oil, spices, etc.). One drawback that made for some tricky mornings/afternoons was the lack of curtains or shades in the living room and master bedroom, as the reflection off of the water could be intense at certain times of the day. Overall, a great property to stay at and highly recommend!

This is our second time staying in this rental. It is private, but also convenient to restaurants, the marina and pier. There are large windows throughout the main living area with beautiful views. The owner is a pleasure to work with and we appreciated all of the special touches throughout the property. We plan to return next year!

Nice setting, wonderful view, nicely updated, exceptionally clean. Love this place! Be sure to take the path down to the park/marina below the cliff, for low-tiding.

This was a delightful, waterfront cottage. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we had had another day to just stay "home" and drink coffee on the deck.

Great location to visit Seattle and the surrounding areas. House had everything we needed with a great view of the sound. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the Pacific Northwest. Highly recommend this property.

The views are amazing with easy access to Des Moine beach/ marina. 15 min to SeaTac and centrally located to Seattle & Tacoma. House is just the right size for a small family. All the conveniences you need are included. The owner is so responsive too.

The house was exactly as expected and pictured. It had a great view of the water and was in a quiet neighborhood. The house has been updated, as the pictures show, and was perfect for a long weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seattle. Host was easy to get in touch with for questions as well.

Wonderful, waterfront home that has been completely updated. Quiet, serene setting within walking distance of the beach. Good restaurants nearby and just 10 minutes of SeaTac.

My fiancé and I wanted a nice location to get ready for our wedding. The beautiful scenery and the French doors in the master bedroom made for great pre-wedding photos. Only issue we came across is limited parking - two cars allowed on the premises due to the house being in a cul-de-sac and fire safety issues. We had to repark our cars down the street in a more open part of the neighborhood to make space for the wedding photographer and other wedding prep people coming by during the day. But this issue was specific to our situation and it was my fault for not reading the property description properly. Homeowner Leone was very understanding and accommodating to the situation. Great communication from her helped to ease the stress of wedding planning. We would definitely love to return to enjoy the gorgeous location in the future!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect. It was beautiful, comfortable, and the view was sublime. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was an easy walk to Des Moines and the 4 mile Des Moines trail at the bottom of the bluff was otherworldly. There are no curtains in the master bedroom, though, so if you are sensitive to light bring a sleep mask. I plan to stay here whenever I visit family in the area.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home right outside of Seattle. The house is very clean and comfortable, and the view is incredible. We loved waking down to the beach at low tide and enjoyed watching the sunset over the water from the deck. The kids especially liked the little park with picnic tables and a running/biking trail at the bottom of the hill. The kitchen is well-stocked and appliances are very nice and easy to use. There are also a lot of restaurants within a 5 minute drive, which was convenient since we didn’t want to cook dinner at home. We were only there for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. If you are traveling to the Seattle area, book this house…you will be so happy you did!

This was our families first trip to the Pacific Northwest. We had an amazing week with day trips to Mt. Rainier, Olympic Forest, Vashon Island, downtown Seattle, and more. The glue that pulled the whole week together was the property, and specifically the views from the deck and master bedroom overlooking the Puget Sound. Some notes on the property and host --- Leonemarie, Host, was efficient in her communications and very, very nice to deal with. The property is complete with a stunning kitchen, very comfortable living room (open floor plan so it connects to the kitchen), guest bedroom, and master bedroom. The master bedroom and bathroom were incredibly comfortable and stunning with its perfect view over the Sound. A cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night completed each day for us - in comfort and style and even spotting harbor seals a few times from the deck. Additionally, the property is located within a short drive (15 minutes or so) from numerous, wonderful restaurants and sights, including beaches and marinas. In short, we highly recommend this property and thank our Hosts for providing such a wonderful experience. -- Joe and Family

This place was great the view, it was super clean well stocked comfortable beds. The only thing I can think of to change would be the coffee maker was so small. I would highly recommend this place

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. From the excellent communication, to the amazing views. The fact that while you are within reach of anything you want, but can’t hear the city from the house is a huge bonus. Waking up to lapping waves and the sound of sea birds was amazing. It was truly awesome when a family of seals decided to swim buy in the area. I can not recommend this property enough. I hope to book again when we come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was our first time exploring Washington and could not have picked a better vrbo. The location, the views, the home itself… all were amazing. Great Des Moines location. Beautiful views of Puget Sound and Olympics. House in great condition. Excellent kitchen & master bedroom/bath. Bald eagles often in tree on property in early am. Property manager easy to get in touch with and responsive to any inquiries. Trail access to Park & DesMoines Marina and fishing pier. Highly recommend location.
