This property was just a short walk from the beach and numerous restaurants and shops. The backyard was spacious and perfect for a large group. There was more than enough seating for everyone and it was private.
Both units were large and the studio suite worked out great for our group. Communication with the owners was easy with a quick response. Would definitely recommend this property and Lauderdale by the Sea. Great time was had by all!

12 women stayed at this property and we had the best time. The rain didn't keep us from spending time all together. There was ample space and the backyard area is a dream for any large group. Thank you Eden's Reef! We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a week with extended family (9 people) and the house was perfect for our group. The rooms were spacious, kitchen well stocked, and the pool and patio area were excellent. Location is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short and easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Mike and Shana were very prompt, accommodating, and helpful to my group and I during our stay. We were blown away by the beauty of the house, pool, and tiki bar area. It was more than we could have asked for during our stay. I felt at home and comfortable with the immense amenities Eden’s Reef had to offer.

We used the property for 4 nights in early November. We were blessed with beautiful weather which helped us enjoy all that LBTS has to offer ! The beach is a short walk and one can lallygag there and stop at shops or restaurants on the way. The property was fantastic and spacious; well done updates! All the bathrooms are refreshed/remodeled. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. The kitchens are well stocked. The pool and outdoor area are truly fabulous. You could actually just live out on the patio. We will keep this property on our places to visit again someday! Eden’s Reef is truly heaven on earth.

I wish I could give this home more than 5 stars! The house was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and had everything that we could have needed and more! We stayed at Eden's Reef for my friend's bachelorette party with 16 girls! There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and the common spaces had plenty of seating for us to gather. Mike and Shana were very responsive with any question that I had. The area was so adorable, and we felt very safe. Thanks again Mike and Shana!!

Fantastic location. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Access to golf cart was nice for groceries. Plenty of space for us to spread out and sleep. Pool was nice, albeit cold due to cloudy days so the solar powered heat wasn’t kicking on.
Grill worked well, clean and access to washing machines was a nice bonus.
Very responsive owners.

I stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was great! Hosts were very responsive and helpful both before and during the stay. The property was clean and had everything we could possibly need! Will definitely recommend that anyone stay here.

What you read in description is what you get which is a terrific house. 15 of us stayed here in comfort. Back yard pool fantastic as beach was crowded with spring breakers and surf was rough. Hosts replied fast to questions. Pool pump malfunctioned and they had it fixed promptly. Would stay here in future for certain!

The place was very nice. Our group of 4 couples were able to have great time together and apart. There is lots of space to spread out. We also loved that we could walk to several restaurants and shops. Will definitely come back!

Shana & mike were so great. They were very accommodating and very helpful! The place was very clean and spacious. We loved hanging out at the pool and the tiki huts in the backyard. Overall wonderful experience!

It was a great place for our bachelor party. Beautiful pool and back yard for partying. 5 min walk to the beach with plenty of supplies and wagon to take to beach. Awesome place for family get together.

My 14 friends and I stayed at the house for a bachelorette party. The house was the perfect place. It has tons of space for everyone! The backyard is AMAZING. It has a great pool, plenty of pool chairs, and two tiki huts with tables/chairs. It’s a very short walk from plenty of restaurants/bars and the beach. I highly recommend staying at this house!

Everything was great. The was very clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived. Very nice neighborhood. Neighbors said hello on a daily basis. The hosts were the best. Always available if needed, and the property mgt came quickly upon request.

Wonderful Vacation!
The property is perfect for big groups where you want to be together at times but also a little separation. Both units were cleaned and well prepared. The location is amazing, right at the heart of everything. We were 12 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed this place! Lots of room and a great neighborhood! So close to everything. Loved the shuffleboard game in the house, it was a great surprise!

Bachelor Party
We had a group of 12 guys on a bachelor party. House was great very big good with plenty of beds and bathrooms. Outdoor area is awesome. House is short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Would recommend this place to everyone. House had everything we needed.

Everything was great, smooth from start to finish. The layout was ideal for our families to enjoy time together as well as it was time to separate. Mike and Shana were eager to please and wonderful hosts. Enjoy!

Spacious home. Great location
My family of 13 (7adults, 6 children) stayed here this February. We absolutely loved it! So much room to hand out. The backyard is huge. The pool was also enjoyed by us especially the kids. Everything we needed was there. Wagon, sand toys, beach chairs for the beach was so helpful! The beach is so close! The beds were very comfortable. LBTS is a great place to vacation. Lots of restaurants, shopping and ice cream! Definitely going back next year!

Great trip … Perfect location!!
We rented both units for 13 of us- 8 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 kids. The duplex is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to restaurants/bars and the beach. One unit has a great, large living space that could accommodate our whole family. A true perk of this place for those coming long distances is that it includes beach towels, beach toys, pool floats, and even a beach umbrella and chairs.
The home is in need of some small updates that would make the stay slightly better, including improved Wifi in in one of the units. The pool was a little too cold for much use, but the backyard area does get sun and has options for shade.
The communication from Mike was great and he worked hard to fix any issues that came up. All-in-all it was a great experience.

We had a great time spending time at this property. We had plenty of space inside the house and the outside pool/grill area was perfect for hanging out. The location was perfect for us as it was a short walk to all of the bars,restaurants and beach (5 mins). Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend

Fun trip by the beach and pool
We had a group of 15 at this house and had an amazing time. The property had ample space for everybody, and we especially enjoyed the pool and deck space. It was also a very close walk to the beach (5 minutes) and close to many great bars and restaurants. Would come again!

The spot is amazing, close to everything, and a few min walk to the beach. Great for almost everything you want to do and easily accessible.
Mike was an excellent host and will definitely recommend the space for a medium to a large group/family /size.
