the small set up is nice the room is clean and well furnished

For a coffee lodge, we were surprised to find out that we cannot visit the coffee plantation because the property is a bit far from it and no transportation could be provided. the bathroom is of a decent size with good amenities but the hot water was a challenge. it’s either too hot or too cold… impossible for a decent shower. also the shower spills directly on the bathroom floor which makes the whole bathroom a slipping hazard. the pool was not at all as advertised, much smaller than the pictures on booking.com-but that’s ok- the problem was the lack of cleaning and maintenance. upon checkout, we tried to pay using the cards they said they accept (master card and visa) but both didn't work. wi-fi was a challenge. very limited reach - only in the small space at the reception and some parts of the garden. No wi-fi in the room.

It is a neat and well kept place. exceptionally good gardens

It became very hot in the room and without air-conditioning or ceiling fan the comfort was disrupted

It was close to Arusha airport and the property was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

The water in our shower was a problem. We could not get water pressure or hot water the day and night when we arrived. We did get a little water the next morning.

The chef there, Goodluck, made me a creative dinner after I requested it; and did the same in the morning for me. Great place, easy to find, and really good people, and a very nice room. DEFINITELY WORTH THE STAY. Mark
