Property was great. Clean with all the amenities needed. The place made our Octoberfest with friends perfect. Walkable to town but still in a quiet area.

We so enjoyed our stay at Lazy Bear when we arrived the unit was ready and so welcoming. Everything was so clean and smelt wonderful. The location was great and quiet and an easy drive into town for all the events happening during Octoberfest. The house is completely stocked with everything you’ll need. The beds all slept amazing and the tvs worked perfect too along with our internet. We will definitely recommend this unit to family and friends. Thank you again for a wonderful place to stay.

We all enjoyed the townhome greatly. The only thing the basement bedroom needs some shelves by shower and a step stool for the bed. Carpet makes it look like a basement though. We did notice the sofa was not swept underneath when we has to locate something that fell. The view and multiple patios were awesome plus Wi-Fi totally worked and decor spot on. We would definitely stay here again!

The Lazy Bear is a great place to stay. It is about a 1 mile easy walk to downtown Helen. The house is well maintained, clean and in a quiet area of town.

We had a great time at the lazy bear house. The townhouse has everything you need to have a great time in Helen. The location is perfect, close to the center and other attractions in the area. I wish I can come back next year. I totally recommend this place.

We loved it! Price was great. Very clean, cozy and close to everything. We use to stay at the Holiday Inn Express but due to their Summer prices getting outrageous. Glad we did and found The Lazy Bear! We look forward to next year!

We really enjoyed the stay at this condo, very clean with everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms so there was no fighting on who took a shower first. We will totally be coming back.

I was misled at to the location of this property. I had requested walking distance. Being downtown. None of this happened. We had to drive to downtown and that was a hassle.

The property was accessible to a variety of shops and places to eat. The condo was very clean but had a musky odor inside. Roach was spotted and killed. The condo was equipped with some essentials . The internet was terrible. Overall we had a good stay

We had 3 couples stay and we really enjoyed our trip. The home was comfortable and had a great location. We walked to dinner most evenings. It's about a mile walk, but an easy one! You won't be disappointed!

We had a great weekend in Helen, Ga and our stay at the Lazy Bear was great! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We watched a movie every night with the fireplace on and it was so cozy! We hated it rained all weekend and the parade was cancelled but we had a great time anyway! Such a cute Christmas town!!

It was a wonderful experience! My family enjoyed being in a space where we could all enjoy each other but yet have room to spread out. Also, the location was close enough to everything in downtown Helen without being too close.

This property was very clean and spacious. It was a little too far for us to walk into Helen given the heat of late July but a very easy drive to accessible parking. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. If I had any complaints, it would be that the master bedroom mattress (King) could probably use updating. It was a little worn and uncomfortable. But overall, I would definitely stay at this property again.

Extremely clean, updated unit. Extremely helpful and friendly management. The entire experience was over the top. Highly recommended.

It was a nice place over all. there was a king size bed, a queen and either a full or queen. the living room seating was nice. nice kitchen appliances. There was a regular coffee pot and a Nespresso vertuo machine. The beds were very comfortable. the shower in the bedroom with the king bed was very nice. The King bedroom and queen were upstairs, the full/queen was downstairs in the basement. The listing says it is walking distance, but I wouldn't walk to town. it's a steep hill with no sidewalks. The location is quite close and we had no issues driving down and parking in a public lot.you have 2 dedicated parking spots right in front of the unit. there are a few visitors spots up the hill. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Helen GA. It was in such a nice location and we could walk to the middle of town and back without having to drive. The property was just as portrayed in the pictures, it was very clean, and it was a super easy check in and check out process. We would rent this property again on a future stay in Helen.

Loved it. Beautiful home. Very nicely decorated. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. Just a word of caution, there are a lot of stairs.
