Lovely home tucked in the tress, just a 5 min walk from the beautiful beach. Clean and comfy to stay for a girls weekend.

Nice condo that suited our needs for our stay!

Space was good for our family of 5 (3 adult children). Convenient location for walk to beach with chairs and towels provided.

The property was in excellent condition. Any time I needed a question answered, The manager got back to me right away. The overall experience was great

Perfect for our stay. Good location. Quiet. Balcony overlooks trees. Loved that two rooms had twin beds. Our grandson was fascinated with the skylights.

No serious issues. Only comments are: the unit could use a new broom and the rug in the main bathroom is a hazard as it has no backing and slips around easily. We stashed it in the closet.

stayed two nights for trip to Gator Bowl football game. Condo was as advertised - everything worked and clean. Great location for different eating venues and close to beach. would stay again if in the area.

We had already planned the trip before the hurricane. So thankful for early check check in as we had been without power at home for 3 days. Nice, quiet area.

Our family came to Amelia Is for a wedding and beach trip combined. The Lazy Turtle Too was perfect for our needs. Close to the beach and not too far from the wedding or downtown! The condo was neat, clean, and fully stocked. We had a plumbing issue in the kitchen that was addressed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again! (Note: 2nd floor condo and 10 min walk to beach.) Thank you for great memories!

The home was amazing, short walk to the beach but we preferred the drive for safety reasons. Pool was extremely close to. Only criticism i would suggest is cookware needs to be non stick everything stuck to the pots & skillet no matter what i used to keep from sticking. But would definitely stay again

I loved everything about our condo. The place was clean, modern, and the kitchen was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing that would keep me away is the lady that manages the pool. She was the worst. I have never had such a terrible experience at a pool that is supposed to be fun. She micromanaged everything and everyone and was not friendly at all! It’s a shame because the owners of our condo have done such a great job!

We've been coming to Amelia Island for years and loved our stay at this property for a wedding weekend. It was perfect for our party of 6 adults and grown kids. Cute decor, easy access to beach and close to Sliders! We will stay again!

Very nice clean condo. Well equipped with beach chairs and beach towels. Everything we needed. The owner is very responsive and all was as described. It is best to have a car in this location as Uber was not very available mid week. We had a great time and would return.

We love this complex and this rental did not disappoint. Very clean and nicely decorated. We would love it even more if it were pet-friendly. But if we don’t have our dog, we would definitely book again!!

we had a wonderful stay from start to finish. Very clean and modern and beautifully decorated. I think it’s important to know that in this development while it is not a retirement community, it seemed majority of the residents were 65 and over so being mindful of making noise was important. I found myself constantly telling my children to make sure their voices were low and if you have kids, this may not be an appropriate property for you.

Great location for Biking the great trails and few blocks from the beaches . This clean well decorated condo served us well for the week . Looking forward to coming back to this area again !

Several friends traveled to Amelia Island for the ZOOMA Women's Half Marathon and we were so grateful to find this little gem. Very well appointed and charming with an upscale beachy feel. It was everything we needed in a great location!

The condo was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The amenities at the complex are nice and the beach is a short walk away.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Our party of 6 (3 mamas and 3 daughters) had the BEST girl's trip here. Condo was super clean, well-stocked, and had the CUTEST decor. Close proximity to beach and adorable downtown with shops and restaurants. Andy and Sandy were so helpful and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

When we first arrived we were happy that the unit was in a community, it had a pool access and playground. The Condo had a keypad so accessing the condo was easy. The condo was a little smaller then pictured but it was cute and clean. It did have a full size washer and dryer, full kitchen and a private bathroom for the master bedroom. The walk to the main beach was about 15-20 mins but there was a beach accesses along the beach front road and if you go to an access it there it was about 10 mins, but you have to walk through the entire complex to get to the street and then from the street you get to the beach so not as close as i would have hoped but we managed. Pool was nice and clean. had a deeper end for swimming when we went a few times there was usually only one other family's there so plenty of room to enjoy yourself. I think the best part was just being in Amelia island the town in beautiful and we go every year. A few Cons The Beds were not comfortable at all, all 4 adults complained about the beds and my father slept of the couch. Getting horrible sleep on vacation sucks because it harder to enjoy it. It did not get better the more we slept on it. So that was the worst part and we actually left a day early because of it, I was just exhausted and ready to go home and sleep somewhere else. which is really disappointing because We drove all the way from PA. but everything else was ok. I don't think i would book here again because we both work really hard to be able to have a vacation, and i went home just drained and vacation is suppose to be a place to relax and catch up after working all year so i did struggle with that. but i do recommend the island!

Great location just a short walk to the beach. Home was welcoming and super clean!

I stayed here with my 2 daughters for about a week. We were very happy with everything about the property. It was clean, well-appointed, and very quiet. My girls enjoyed the pool. The apartment had plenty of room for us and the location is fabulous. We could walk to the beach, to Dairy Queen, and to rent bikes. And many attractions (as well as necessities like the drug store and grocery store) were a short drive or bike ride away. Highly recommend.

We had a great time during our stay. check in and out was as easy as can be , the perfect location beautiful condo clean and everything you could need.

This was our first VRBO experience! It was fantastic. The condo was exactly as described. A perfect setup for our family. The community was very quiet. Very clean. Perfect distance from the beach and priced just right. The owners were very friendly. Definitely will return.
