This condo was amazing. Clean, spacious and very well equipped. We were in town for the 2024 eclipse. The condo overlooked Jackson Street Pier so we were able to enjoy the live music right from the condo. We docked our boat at the Paper District Marina, right next door. Super convenient location, right downtown.

The condo is within walking distance to restaurants, Jet express. The pool was really nice. The place was nice and clean.

The property is great! Thoughtfully appointed, walking distance to breakfast, lunch, and great dinner spots in cute Sandusky. The pool and facilities are great and well kept. The view of the city and Cedar Point are great!!

The location is beautiful - right on the water, can see Cedar Point from the balcony (across the lake), decor is very nice and they offered to help ourselves to anything! The boys loved the 2 story loft, and probably wouldnt recommend for older folks. But if you are looking for a great, safe, cool place to stay in Sandusky - this is a great one!

Located close to trendy restaurants and coffee places. Ferry to Cedar Point or islands right next to lofts. Unit has great views of Lake Erie and Cedar Point. Pool and hot tub were great. Owners instructions were fantastic and precise. Family of 5 stayed here. Loft was great for us and bunk bed and trundle bed for three daughters. Very clean and amenities were great as far as kuerig and pods as well as stocked kitchen.

The condo is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the bar scene. We walked to live music most nights of the week.

The building was clean and secure, nice pool and amenities. Walking distance to restaurants. Great view from the balcony. I would definitely go back.

Loved our stay here. Condo was well stocked and immaculately clean. Location right on the water was great, and close to lots of restaurants and activities downtown. Kristen was a great host who communicated very well every step of the way.

Perfect space and location and so much to enjoy

The condo was very nice and clean and perfect for our family. The owner was very helpful and communicated everything to us that we would need to know beforehand. Cedar Point could be seen from the balcony and at night was lit up and beautiful! Thank you for a nice place to call home for our vacation!

This property was perfect for my family and what we were looking for. Walking distance to restaurants and the Jackson Pier. To our luck we got to witness the Iron Man and a tribute band of Fleetwood Mac, all from the unit/condo balcony. We enjoyed our time in Sandusky. Went to Cedar Point, a few local wineries, took the Jet Express ferry to Put in Bay Island and a day trip to Cleveland for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Christmas Story House. This place is it if you are looking for a stay in Sandusky area.

This is a clean, spacious and updated condo. A short drive to Cedar Point and beats any local hotel. Kristin is responsive and kindly worked with me through an unexpected situation. 5 stars!

Our family of four spent a wonderful week on the water. The condo is beautiful and clean and the owner was quick to answer our questions. You can't beat the location for walking around the waterfront. Great place!

We had a great time - relaxed most of the time and then off the the Coasters at cedar point. The Fireworks were fun to watch from the balcony. Unfortunatly I went home with the parking pass - I will be sending it back ASAP !!

Overall we had a good stay. We selected this condo because we planned to visit Cedar Pointe. We had 5 adults. Great location for it. The pool was very nice. We couldn't locate the air mattress which apparently was purchased to replace the pull out sofa, so we had to have people sleep on the ground and sofa. The owners didn't specify where it was located. That info. should be provided in a binder along with some other basic info like where additional towels are located, etc. As an older adult, it was a bit difficult to get up and down of the bunk bed in the bedroom on the main floor. Not really well suited for adults at all or handicapped people. I would consider replacing it with a standard queen bed. The condo was very clean and the building was kept very nice. Good kitchen supplies, although we only really needed glasses and silverware. There was not enough Keurig coffee pods for our group of 5 adults for a 2 day stay. Wish there would have been more left for guests. We only had 5 PODs in total. I Recommend putting in a drip coffee maker so that more coffee can be made at one time and stock coffee and filters for guests. FYI, the deck really isn't much of a deck. Its extremely tiny. You can't do much out there at all, but get fresh air.

This property was beautiful. The location was stunning with views of Lake Erie. We were in walking distance of great restaurants and activities. Many thanks to the property owners!

This condo was exactly like the listing and exceeded our family's expectations. It was clean, well-stocked, and allowed our family of four to spread out comfortably. Our kids loved the spiral staircase :) The drive to Cedar Point amusement park was quick and easy. Communication with Kristen was easy and prompt. We hope to be back soon!

Our stay was great. The only obstacle was retrieving the key to access the condo, but that was dictated by the condo association not the owner. The place is great location to the park and to downtown Sandusky. We would stay there again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Took our 5 year old was spacious, clean, convenient, safe, perfect location right next door to jet express we visited the islands and got to go to cedar point 2 days... will without a doubt like to rent the exact same space

The entire process to book was super easy and Kristen made the entire process simple! The place was absolutely gorgeous and the view was amazing! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice condo. Had a problem when we got there due to previous renters. Manager responded immediately. Great view of Cedar Point. Good area too.

We had an excellent experience at this property. Our host, Kristen was good at providing checkin and check out instructions. The property itself was clean and at an excellent location near restaurants, entertainment and right on lake. We would definitely come back to this place again. We enjoyed our time here.

This is a wonderful property, especially for family. Everything you needed was provided. The waterfront view, the pool access and ability to enjoy the nearby pier added to the enjoyment of our stay. Host did a great job of communication with one exception. When guests pay a cleaning fee with booking hosts should also explain expectations of guest cleaning responsibilities beyond leaving place tidy. Overall, this condo is a 5 and location is wonderful as well.

My family and I had a great time. Very clean and comfortable with great view of the lake. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Very quick drive to Cedar Point. Loved it!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we loved having the grills to use. I would recommend this place to friends or family going to the area

lovely condo in well kept building. places to eat and walk nearby. everything we needed was provided. It would have been better of we had an extra set of keys. There was a problem with the pull out couch but owners fixed it after we left and gave us some credit.

The place was wonderful! The location was ideal, the condo had everything we needed. I loved the towels so much I ordered some for our house!
