I decided to try a VRBO listing for the first time instead of booking a hotel. This property was a great experience that makes me willing to try it again.

Very good location with an abundance of entertainment and great food within 5 min! Hosts do an excellent job of communicating and ensuring your stay is stress free and you feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The condo was great and as described in the listing. The location was good for all that we had planned. We were able to make due with the cooking supplies in the kitchen. It was wonderful that dish soap, laundry detergent, and toiletries were all provided! My negative feedback would be the noise detector in the condo. It didn’t affect us as we weren’t too loud. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the listing and felt weird to be listened to. Next we flew in during the crazy ice storm so I messaged and asked if we could check in early since EVERYTHING in the area was closed! Instead of responding to me personally the host just sent me the original message they sent me where it states no early check ins or check outs because cleaning lady needs the time. Fine except it was an ice storm and she certainly wasn’t there cleaning that day as we were one of the few vehicles on the road. We literally had to sit in the parking lot with our kids waiting for the code so we could finally get in never saw a cleaning lady leave. In my opinion, the condo is great but personal communication was lacking every message was a copy paste sort of thing which isn’t a big deal really unless you’re flying in during an ice storm. 🙃 All in all I would stay here again if in the area.

Those were the only minor problems. Otherwise it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

Love the balcony.. that is the best reason to go here instead of a hotel room where you are not allowed fresh air generally. I dont think we had any complaints about the room.. the apartment is very compact but plenty of places for us to sleep and a good TV setup. Will stay here again in the future.

We were in The Colony visiting family and this was the perfect location to do so! We were close to their house while also being able to go out and do our own sightseeing. Beautiful apartment and perfect for our needs!

Excellent communication from host, comfortable and well stocked apartment. Everything was there including the reusable ice blocks for our day trips!!! Full washer & dryer, real beds (mattress & box spring), generous amounts of soap & detergents. Reserved parking is worth the small extra charge to have a designated, covered space close to the Unit. It is a second floor unit without elevator access for those with mobility issues.

Location was great, was even able to accommodate our fur babies. Loved the fact that there were wifi tv's in every room, along with other multiple amenities.

This was great for our family! We were in town for a wedding so having a place to spread out with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms was a big blessing. The location was nice and the complex felt very secure and well kept. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Very roomy unit with 2 spacious bathrooms and large bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable space was perfect for our family of 6. Kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked flawlessly. Property was secure and well lit with plenty of parking. There is a play area with a small field and a large pool that was great for the kids. We found that people in the community were friendly and helpful. The property is only minutes from great restaurants and the Grandscape which was fun for the entire family.

Everything was perfect. The only suggestion I have is more towels for a family of 6.

Overall my family and I were happy with the condo. The one thing I would suggest is that he purchase new towels. The towels were very thin and worn. Also, a fresh bar of soap would have been nice for the shower.

This location is perfect. Easy access to so many great activities and across the street from Grandscape. Worth staying here just for that. Price was good, place was safe, we would stay again. It’s not as bright or spacious as in the pictures, it’s pretty basic and been in use for awhile, but for a family it’s totally good. Owners were responsive and everything was easy. Parking was fine, even on weekends we got a close spot, but owner will give you a reserved one for $8 a day. Thank you!

The apartment complex was well maintained and the apartment itself was adequately provisioned for meal preparation. Maintenance issues were addressed very quickly and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.

You cannot ask for a more convenient location. The property was perfect for my family and our service dog. There’s a dog park just downstairs from this unit. The rooms are comfy and inviting. The trash valet is a bonus too! We loved our stay.

This was our first time really traveling with my 2 year old and rather than stay in a cramped hotel room we opted to have more space. And this was the perfect property! Although they provide a pack n play, we rented a full size crib which fit perfectly in the guest bedroom. Everything was clean as ready at checkin. Jamie and Terian were extremely responsive when I had a few questions. Parking is easy, and I felt completely safe. Without a doubt, I’d recommend this property!
