Very modern, air con worked, we were situated on the motorway side however we felt the sound proofing worked. We went to a concert at Wembley and it was a good point to stay on the outskirts.

We came back to the hotel around 11pm, the hotels car park was full. This wasn't an issue as we could park opposite in the park and ride with plenty of space. But be wary if you paid for 24 hours and went out again as you may not find a space (we stayed a Thursday evening).

£10 per hour early check-in fee is a RIP-OFF! Rooms are starting to show their age, area around the shower was dirty. Torn duvet cover. The very worse thing is the food, probably the worst I’ve EVER experienced in any hotel! £24 for frozen fish that was not cooked through is truely appalling! I sent it back because I didn’t want food poisoning!

Cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom had quite a bit mould in and around the shower area. There was also no teabags or any water available to have a drink. I tend to travel a lot for work and this is normally a minimum in most of the rooms I stay in .

I arrived late one evening without a booking. The man at reception told me that the hotel was full and that there were no rooms available. He directed me to another hotel, which was also full. I looked on the internet again and found that the Hilton had five rooms available. I booked online, returned to the hotel, and checked in with the same man who had told me they had no rooms.

The burger looked and tasted like it had been kicked around by Beckham and the cost of it was just silly Room was not the cleanest I have stayed a few at this hotel and never a problem but the seal around the shower was black the fridge seal was broken

Breakfast good and served early enough for me because I had to leave just after 7am each morning. Room OK. Walk-in shower excellent. Comfortable bed. Ability to "cast" my PC onto TV was good. Car parking much easier to use than the Holiday Inn!

oh it was wonderful ,the staff all so very kind ,all smiles made us feel so welcome ,the room 112 was so lovely a really big bed ,so nice done out ,and spotless clean ,lovely touches with shampoo conditioner ,and hand cream all smelt so good ,they really do think of the customers here ,i wished we could had stayed more will go back .a lot of people who use the airport stay here ,felt safe as you use the card key for the lift ,and very quite ,the breakfast is amazing ,so much to chose from ,i am 68 never made a waffle before lol but you can make your own ,which was fun ,for what i paid for the money ,it was amazing value ,i would give this 10 out of 10 ,and thanks to the lovely staff who cares ,also if you got a blue badge you dont pay for the car park ,but great hotel felt quiet posh xxx

Hotel is ideally located close to facilities and town centre. Friendly staff. Car park at hotel is limited but spaces are offered in car park opposite the building. The breakfast area is very small. It was very uncomfortable trying to get breakfast as people were stretching over trying to reach cutlery, toaster etc

The room was too hot and I couldn't seem to turndown the heating.

The location of the property - friendly staff - spacious communal area downstairs - thought out layout of the rooms - loved the shower room.

To start with - the size of the TV in the room - way too big - some channels looked pixelated - lack of channels as well as you went through he list most were not available. The food and drink was overpriced for what you got - had ordered a side which sounds lovely - parmesan and Cajun topped fries - came out as chips covered in paprika and what seemed like cheddar cheese just grated on to which hadn't even been melted.
