Absolutely everything from start to finish. The place is fab and you will not regret booking this gorgeous spot.

The only thing that let us down was the weather and that's just bad luck. But even at that, the place has so much to offer indoors that we didn't mind at all

16 of us had a brilliant stay here in the very well appointed cottages. The children loved the playground, the teens loved the pool table and the bar area was a hit with all. Mike was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Knockreagh for a family gathering.

The hosts were exceptionally thoughtful and committed. Their property is beautiful and seems like a peaceful retreat as well as a vacation spot! Beautiful flowers, a fabulous clean hot tub, a bar with a pool table and a lovely view of fields make this farm a wonderful escape from home. The cottages are completely renovated and so comfortable. The beds and bedding are remarkably comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the kitchen and living room are well stocked, attractive and functional. I cannot imagine a better place for couples, families and friends to stay!

I wish I had stayed longer. There’s nothing that I disliked.

Great stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Just know you are staying on the premises of an active farm a few minutes outside of Kilkenney, which we loved getting to see the sheep, goats, and cattle all around! Even friendly dogs too.

the location it was so beautiful and peaceful the cottage was really cosy and comfortable for my family and the kids loved it as there was open space to play hurling/soccer a play area for smaller kids a pool table and we all loved the jacuzzi with sauna and there was a bar also with a lounge area to chill in the evening..the owner Mike was very obliging and friendly and had the fridge stocked with a few bits on arrival ..would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and peaceful wkend 👌

The Cottage was fabulous. With all the extras to keep kids Happy. It was spotless. To be able to relax in the hot tub with a stunning view was just bliss. Chilled in the bar in the night while kids had their own little disco and played games of pool. Lots of green area to kick a ball around and lovely play area. Mike the owner was so welcoming. We will definitely be returning guests.

Really enjoyed my stay, the host Mike was very welcoming. I loved that the cottage was Located on a farm it was lovely and peaceful. The cottage was very clean throughout and the bed was the most comfortable iv ever slept in! Had everything you needed for your stay. Will definitely be back again.

Stairs was a hazard with the kids, would of liked to have the option of a stair gate to keep them away.

these cottages were ideal for 18 people all to stay together on one site so if you are travelling with a large group this place is perfect. The facilities have everything you need for your stay . the cottages themselves are stunning and the scenery is out of this world. when we arrived the host had filled the fridge up with essentials and told to make ourselves at home while we stay. The facilities had a bar sauna jacuzzi pool table outdoor play for children it had everything you need all in one place. I would highly recommend staying here are experience was a 10/10 lovely welcoming host who made all feel at home .

The houses were spotless and very modern. Mick was so nice to deal with and very helpful.

Mike was very helpful before we got there, sent messages advising of keys etc. When we arrived, the cottage was warm, there was milk, bread etc to make sandwich's etc. There was also a bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. Highly recommend the stay. My wife is thinking of going back with some friends.

Excellent facilities. Well thought out and clean. Loved the working farm and surrounding 200 acres. Beautiful location with lots of entertainment extras. Thanks for the Guinness, Mike. We enjoyed our evening with you! Callan is a nice town . Eat at the Big Wheel and then visit the Steppes Bar for a pint. And don’t forget Kilkenny Crystals!

There was nothing to not dislike

The accommodation was spacious and exceptionally well appointed with 2 settee's in the living room (1 reclining) with a very nice feature wall exposing the underlying stone building. The kitchen / dinning room has all the mod cons you could possibly need including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob cooker and fridge freezer. the kitchen had been stocked with food and drink items prior to our arrival including 2 bottles of good quality wine bread milk and fruit and the store cupboard's were also stocked with various food items that we had the use of, i though this was a fantastic touch which made us feel very welcomed. The bedrooms were very well appointed with a very large double bed (super king or bigger) with a nice en suite. The owners have gone the extra mile with the facilities and included a hot tub, BBQ area, bar and games room to which Mike the owner (very nice chap) invited us to the bar area to join him for a pint in the evening. Wonderfully quiet location far away from any roads, just a short taxi ride away from Kilkenny.
