Big comfortable bed. All very clean. Large room. Great shower pressure. There was also a good hairdryer which was a great plus! Great value compared to other places in Kilkenny. Location is perfect - right beside the train station. Relatively early check in and check out. It was quiet too! It was perfect for my stay.

It's across from the train station on a busy traffic corner and over a pub, but it was so quiet in the room. I got a lot of work done and I slept very well. Mags checked me in and was really helpful getting me oriented. Very good shower. Very clean, with nice linens.

The bathroom door could be adjusted. It doesn't quite fit the frame, so it closes and latches with a bit of effort, but the deadbolt doesn't fit.

Location was great. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Worth every cent. Great location close to railway station and shopping, restaurants etc. Very clean, hotel quality, en suite room. Comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi signal, t.v, kettle, tea/coffee etc, hairdryer, plenty of towels, warm water. Proper keys for doors instead of electronic readers that are liable to fail.

I was very happy with the room and service. For the price I don't know what you can ask for in terms of improvement. The shower is not electric, but water was hot enough. There's no food service, but there are dozens of options for eating out, and takeaways on the doorstep.

The guesthouse was absolutely perfect! Clean, comfortable and a large bathroom. The rates were very reasonable and the location ideal for walking to the city center, public transportation and supermarket. I highly recommend and will return.

We could easily walk into town and check out a great bakery around the corner. The bed was HUGE (2 singles pushed together but I loved it)- like our American King at home so it was nice to stretch out like normal.

We couldn't download the parking app because we aren't from Ireland, so we had to use coins.
