The restaurant staff were pleasant and generally helpful when the food presented was good

The total unpleasant attitude of the reception staff on arrival not helpful and arrogant with no brochure as to what the hotel has to offer and when asked for assistance with our cases and baggage to our room we were told "do it yourself" as no one available. On requesting to see the hotel Manager we were told not available that day. In all our worldly travels and to third world countries never have we been subjected to an unpleasant person as was the tall man on the reception. Nasty unhelpful and very arrogant.

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Didn't use the pool. We were a group of golfers.

One of our group had to cancel the day before flying. His mother was not well. (She passed away during our stay). We tried to cancel on arrival. Very disappointed that we were fully charged for his room. €389.

The way the rooms are laid out in the complex like mini-apartments was nice. The view we had over the golf course ... and the sunset ... was magnificent. The hotel staff were superb. First, they gave us a double room when there had been only twin rooms available when we booked. Anf the bed was truly king-size! Then, they were very helpful getting the TV channels (including English ones) to work when the remote control defeated me. And finally, when we were checking out at 4.15 in the morning for an early flight, they provided a packed-lunch (breakfast) for us to take to the airport with us since we were missing breakfast at the hotel. Excellent value for money overall.

The water supply in the bathroom was poor. The shower pressure kept changing, and with it the temperature. And the toilet flush could have been stronger. My impression is that the plumbing should be updated.

Breakfast food was good quality however no communication on timing of breakfast Room was good except toilet was broken on our last day night only remedy was to shut of water, making showering etc very difficult this was reported on 2 occasions with no alternative accommodation offered. Both inside and outside pool were closed, this was not indicated on website.

Access to facilities, wellness centre & facilities were closed, childrens play area closed also. We were aware restaurants were closed on 31st but they were also closed on the 1st with no access to even purchase a drink.

The hotel has a high location overlooking the sea at a distance and a big restaurant with patio outside, perfect for enjoying the sun. The rooms are of a reasonable size and the bathroom has a bathtub. There's also plenty of space for clothes, plus a small well-assorted refrigerator.

The internet in the rooms is very unstable, forcing those wanting to work remote to be in the hotel lobby, where there are two electrical outlets and one table with four chairs.

We have stayed here many times . The rooms need updating and money spent on them . The indoor pool is NEVER available and this time thd outdoor pool wasn’t also . The rooms are dated and uncomfortable . The buffet breakfast was replaced by a substandard table service . We were told not all items were available however other table were given these items. My husband went to the main desk and reported this and has received no correspondence.

Very nice breakfast, English style but with a much appreciated Spanish touch. Room comfortable enough: a great bed, hard but that is just the way I like it. Nicely starched sheets and all. A minibar that actually holds cold drinks and an aircon that works perfectly. Also, the restaurant offers a decent selection of dishes for every taste. The surroundings are very well maintained.

Beautiful area, clean and quiet. Staff polite and helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on marble floor. :)

Hotel was beautiful, food was good but breakfast was a little disappointing.

Better selection for breakfast, and breakfast times could be extended on weekends.
