really nice room and location is walking distance to everything, secure parking lot with security staff and maned gate entrance to guest only. would stay again.

You do hear all the music from the clubs, but at the same time you can sit on the balcony and have a drink to the music

Good location, spacious place with lots of amenities. Overall, we felt very SAFE, walking into town and keeping our car parked safely too.

Our property housed 6 people, naturally, that should allow a total of 2 cars to park at the facility. We were only allowed one car, despite the policy read to us by the parking attendant.

Advertised with washer/dryer but washer did not work. Owner response was for housekeeping only.Sent screen shot showed as included. No answer at all.

Legs on the chair are broken, we really didn't eat on the table because the legs on the chair were broke. Hopefully they can replace the chair and the small sofa...

The person that showed me the condo was very friendly. Juan Carlos is his name. Very nice person and we felt comfortable. Showing us the condo and the code to get in.

Balcony with a wonderful Beach view.. everything in the condo was updated and has Wifi . You do pay a deposit when you arrive BUT if you are mature enough to take of people’s property then you have nothing to worry as you get it back when you check out. It has a washer & dryer just in case you need to wash your laundry. The location is great as it’s next to all the bars on the beach literally. Looking forward to another Rosarito trip!

Perfect location right on the beach. A bunch of little store right across the street. Comfortable and clean. Helpful security and staff. We will definitely book this room again.

I have nothing nice to say about this property it was a disaster.

I get there on the day of check in and they ask for a 150 dollar deposit cash which is abnormal because it should be off a card never cash. But I had no other option so I gave the man my cash deposit. After the man left I start looking around the place because that’s the first thing everyone does. I’m with my family and my dad points out a broken vase and I try to use this fancy shower they had none of the heads worked properly, the nice bath tub they had there didn’t work either. Later that night I find SMALL COCKROACHES COMING OUT FROM EVERYTHING. They were in my kids clothes, they were in the cabinets, I lifted up a pan on the stove and 2 came flying out. I was so disgusted and furious at that point. The next morning I tried to contact them to fix this problem because I don’t live in filth, I asked the man that’s supposedly running the property he said he can’t do anything because the lady who owns the condo is on vacation. I tried contacting her personally at 10am she later messages me at 9pm giving me terrible solutions because I was there with my 7 kids alone. I then ask her that I want to check out that night and get a refund for 2 nights she told me that I couldn’t leave the property and that she would only refund me for one night when I didn’t even end up staying there for 2 nights only one. I left that night because I was not going to stay In a cockroache infested condo. I don’t recommend anyone staying here unless you want to have cockroaches crawling under you. Don’t even use the booking app because I called them days in a row for a 2 night refund and of course they are in favor of the owners so they only did a refund of one night. DO NOT STAY IN THAT FILTHY HOLE OF OCEANA DEL MAR CONDO 607. I have never been so disgusted in my entire life about a home and how unprofessional the owner was because all she was about was making her money.

LOCATION WAS GREAT, LITERALLY WAKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING, AND THE VIEW FROM OUR ROOM WAS AMAZING!

Rental condominium was exceptionally well located. Walking distance from all entertainment and beach. Wonderful beach front view. Place was very clean and had a jaw dropping master stand up shower. Modern and well cleaned. Friendly and accessible staff which made the stay smooth. Will definitely be booking here again.

Only thing that I would change is the second bedroom window opening it prevents from having any privacy even when closed.
