We needed a space to spread out and still feel connected. My son ran the Ouray 50 miler and we knew we would need to come and go all through the night. Beds were firm but I like that. The place was clean and well stocked. Plenty of easy parking. Quiet and the perfect spot at the end of town. Everything worked as it should and I appreciated the extra towels to take to the hot springs.

Great location. It's even bigger than it looks in the pictures and the deck is wonderful. There is a nice green space for kids to play below.

Worst king and queen beds ever!!!!!! Smelled like another guest was sleeping on them, not fresh Wound up slepping in 2 of the bunk beds. Kitchen items were all scattered through the many drawers. Nothing labeled like other rentals. Screens on the windows were filthy, no air flow into house. Listing says free Wi-Fi 500mps internet, nowhere does it say how to log on or any information. Great location, easy check in, plenty of living space, manager was quick to text back on questions , very quite and relaxing with sound of the creek rushing by, FYI no access to creek as it looks in the pictures. Would stay again if things were taken care of and beds replaced

I highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Ouray with if you need space near everything.

The unit was in a perfect location to walk to town, jump on a hiking trail, Karen to the roaring river below us and taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains! The unit had everything we needed for my family of 7! We would stay here again and again and again.

The Lumberyard was a perfect basecamp for exploring the backcountry near Ouray. The property was quiet and luxurious. It was conviently located near the hot springs and local eateries. The owners provided excellent communication and service. Highly recommended!

Skiing in Telluride and was initially concerned about the distance. However, it was an easy drive and Ouray is a great little town. The condo was just advertised and would def recommend it.

The property was in line with the description. Property Owner/Manager was responsive and helpful. Location easy walk to downtown a d a moderate walk to the ice park. My group highly recommends this property.

We came to Ouray for a jeeping trip. Had a great time! The condo was very nice . Lots of roof for everyone. Great views. Nice location. Plenty of room to park. We also had a truck and trailer. There was extra room for that as well. Would definitely stay there again.

From the minute we pulled up to the building we were sold. This place had it all. The sounds of the river, proximity to town and a beautiful interior. We were in town for our son's wedding and had access to everything we needed to make the weekend perfect. Including room for 7 of us to move, sleep and get ready for all of the festivities.

Can’t beat this location and square footage for a family to spread out. We were hauling ATV’s and the parking was adequate with good walking distance to Main Street.

We could not have asked for a better few days in the cool mountains of the San Juans. The host answered all questions immediately online. The river out the back deck was amazing. We will be back here. No doubt about it!!

We stayed in the large upstairs with a party of 9. Very clean and utilitarian, which was perfect for us. Loved that we were close to the river to hear throughout the day and just steps from town. Just a 10 minute walk to the Box Canyon which was really cool. The parking below the deck was wonderful.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights in June 2022. Thanks to the friendly property owners, Cam and Emily, we felt welcomed before we even arrived and did not experience any issues locating or accessing the property. Once we arrived, we were impressed with the location as well as, both the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rental. We were very comfortable during our stay and 10/10 hope to stay here again. If you're visiting Ouray, do yourself a favor and stay at the Lumberyard Condos!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful location! The hosts made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and felt like home. The only drawback was the ridiculously long wifi password.

My parents were visiting and I wanted to show them Ouray and Telluride. This was a perfect place we could all hang out.

The unit was very well equipped with plenty of room for our family and comfortable accommodations. The directions and host messaging is timely, welcoming, and professional. The deck off of the Hot Springs unit was fantastic for gathering and listening to the water rushing by. I highly recommend this host and the Hot Springs unit. We’ll be back!

This was a great place to stay with easy access around town and right on the river with a great private balcony. We enjoyed the ample space with good setup and nice furnishings. The only thing to be weary of was the thin walls, and being on the top floor, I'm sure the below neighbors felt the same with the noise from above.
