I liked how welcoming the staff were and the breakfast in the morning. I loved the pool and all the additional activities. The shuttle bus into town was so handy!

The WiFi wasn’t great in the hotel and wish the pool was open longer

Staff was really kind and helpful. Room were always cleaned perfectly. There were also gluten free options for meals.

The staff at the hotel were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location to both get to the train station and the beach as well.

Our room was dirty, there were flies all over the bathroom and hairs in the drain of the shower. The room we were given was a disability room and so the shower was only a detachable head so had to be held when having a shower. The breakfast was ok but the lunch and dinner service was not nice at all.

The staff was professional and answered all our requests, making our stay worth the choice of this place. The location is perfect for those who want to be near the airport. In the neighborhood there are good restaurants. The building needs to be reformed, but it was very clean. Beautiful views!

The only problem we had during our staying (for my family not a little one) is that the air system transfered to our family room the smell of cigarette's smoke from some other places, eventually inside the building. We checked carefully if the smell came from the balcony, but no. So, the result is that we had to sleep smelling smoke all the night.

the the rest of week was entertainment staff and the shows were just basically repeated every night but just wearing different outfits and entertainment finishes early at night time. Also entertainment team repeat the same activities everyday in the week and was not very enjoyable and it cost alit of money to go all inclusive . Location was in middle of now where best to stay in benalmadena where everything is within minutes. The receptionist on day of check out think her name was Karen was really rude and she needs to have more customer service training. I have been working in this industry for nearly 20 years and that was the worst and I've seen people being sacked. Breakfast was awful to, had it on first morning but never again. Would like most of the money returned
