Excellent location and clean . Great shower and comfy bed
Heating didn’t work but partly my fault as I didn’t phone owner to sort it. Flat very basic - plastic chairs on table in lounge. Could have been more nicely decorated and not so minimalistic.

Location chosen as convenient for relatives, but it was also very close to Hampton Court Palace, and handy for shops. The off-road parking space was easy to find. Kari was very friendly, and arrival and departure were contact-free and very smooth. Apartment was warm and clean. We would stay here again if we wanted to be in the area. Good fish and chip shop a few doors down! (a number of other restaurants within 10 minutes walk, but we didn't try them)
Shower isn't very powerful, but this is often the case in ground floor flats!

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Great base for Hampton Court Palace. Everything you need there to cook. Towels provided. Lots of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Parking space too. Host was great
The tv aerial could not pick anything up. The tv also could not find the Wi-Fi. we managed Netflix a couple of times but kept dropping out. Not a massive problem though as wasn’t there to watch tv. If we stayed again I would take a laptop and a radio.

This is a lovely little place and was perfect for my 2 night stay. It was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Close to shops and Hampton Court Palace.
Even better was the communication with Kari - everything was made so simple. Would definitely stay here again.

Where to begin! Kira is such a lovely gal! Only minutes away to help, such a cute spot + so close to shops/bars/restaurants! Cozy and quiet, definitely would, and most likely will stay again!

Excellent free parking with a comfortable bed and comfortable sitting area, the accommodation was light and in good condition, was definitely pet friendly and not far from a park were they can enjoy playing
In this heat you had to have the windows open which meant it was a bit noisy

It was very suitable, it was comfy and had all that we needed for our stay. It was all very compact and the host was welcoming and helpful. It was close to the amenities and on a bus route ideal for travelling. I would quite happily stay there again
