The Bloomington Bungalow was a great place for our family to stay over our busy weekend of plans. The home matched the online pictures and amenities were as described. The beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was whisper quiet at night. The updated bathrooms and kitchen were amazing and plenty of space for seating in the living room with comfortable furniture. Thank you for the hospitality and we enjoyed our stay.

We’ve stayed in seven different rentals in town and this house is the one we’ll keep going back to. It is perfectly located and expertly appointed. The pictures are wonderful yet the house is even better. My only suggestions to guests are to ask the owner to leave lights on if you’re going to arrive after dark, and to give more specific instructions for the entrance key pad.

We loved every minute of our stay! It's hard to say what our favorite part of the house was,...the spacious living room? the comfy beds? the beautiful shower? or the amazing outdoor front porch... Okay the the porch was our favorite- a really cozy place to hang out to read, enjoy lunch, visit with family and friends. Such a treat! For IU Families- I was visiting my daughter who is a freshmen at IU- The proximity to campus was ideal and I was able to get her to and from her classes in minutes AND she stayed with me all week- and took a well deserved break from dorm living. It was like a vacation for the both of us!! In addition the decor is so tastefully done, I felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel but better because all of the room we had! Finally Devin was a top notch host! She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and she was so prompt with her replies. Bottom line: If you are looking for an affordable high end stay- This place has everything you need! Looking forward to returning! Thank you Devin for all of your hospitality!!

Every detail was done to perfection. Great listing. Comfortable furniture. Graciously stocked kitchen and coffee. Toiletries for forgetful people. Comfortable beds. Amazing vinyl collection! Great games. Classy bathroom. Great parking! Couldn’t have been better!

This was the perfect place for a weekend reunion of 3 "mom friends" who met at IU Campus Children's Center when our kids were 2 years old. Our "kids" are now 29 and our friendship remains strong across the miles. The house is beautiful, funky, fun, and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond and her efforts are greatly appreciated. A true gem.

We loved our stay in this beautiful, well appointed house and will definitely return next time we come to Bloomington. In particular, we enjoyed that wonderful front porch and the comfortable bed. Oh yes, and the record player. We had a 9 month old with us and appreciated the crib, high chair and abundance of kids' stuff for her to play with. We highly recommend this house to others.

I booked this beautiful home for my daughters bridal/bachelorette party and it was perfect In every way! The home is gorgeous and was appointed with every single things we needed. This house has been newly remodeled but it retains all the charm of its vintage bones. The owner is very responsive and was extremely accommodating to some of our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood despite being so close to the university. We will definitely plan to stay here again, if we are lucky enough to get a reservation!

Owners were the best to work with and everything was so easy. There were so many little things and details that made our stay even better. The little conveniences, new coffee bar, and surprises that were there for my bday made a special weekend even more special !

This property is just as it appears in the pictures. Charming, comfortable and stylish! I was visiting my son from California for his birthday and it was the perfect house to host his friends for a birthday dinner and celebration. It is in a perfect location, close to campus and downtown. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home - central to it all needed to be in town for virtual rush for our daughter & wanted a little extra space with a nice backdrop - this house was perfect. The high ceilings were unexpected - lovely. Will definitely be staying here again.

I absolutely love homes that have been restored and kept in their original glory. This home did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated, without missing a beat with amenities. This place has it all. Perfectly located from campus. Also waking distance to The Bishop where we went to watch live music. In a cute quant part of Bloomington. Will be back for sure . Thank you for sharing your home

Perfect location. Easy walk to Kirkwood. Evenings and mornings on the front porch were lovely. Very clean and comfortable. And Devin was very responsive to questions. I would enjoy staying there again.

This house was beautiful, spacious and much more kid friendly than I expected. Really appreciated all the kid gear and toys my 1 and 4 year olds loved it!
