Location, balcony facing the beach, fast elevators

Had to fix a few things, outlet that shorted out, fridge that had a line frozen,

Good location within walking distance to restaurants down on 94th street.

Could not figure out how to operate the TV. Remote was very confusing.

I liked the location and the bedrooms were comfortable. The stolls in the kitchen were all broken and dangerous to sit on.

I didn’t like that the stolls were not usable. And the counter tops were hard to clean, it always looked dusty and streaky like a chalkboard.

The property was spacious and well maintained

The upstairs shower water flow was very slow and some of the carpet was stained

Value was good

It’s century 1 not 2 , not enough paper products , no sauna pool was closed , ice maker didnt work bedrooms were cold

That the indoor pool not available that was the main reason for us booking it there was some type of stuff on the wall the border, so the base border was coming off. There was dents in the walls. Dishes were dirty, which I did take pictures of everything.

Very nice condo. Clean and tastefully decorated. Great views and location.

We rented Century 2 1919 for 7 days. We were told/asked to move from that condo that the owners would be staying there. We had purchased groceries earlier (twice actually) and had a turkey in the oven! As we had an elderly lady who wanted to do Thanksgiving dinner. So we were asked/told to move to rainbow 505 . We knew there was no reason question further this decision, so we moved. ALL the food, HOT turkey and all our belongings. It was very aggravating to say the least. You did agree to add an extra night to our stay for the trouble. So.....we get to rainbow 505 and it was such a 'downgrade' from what we had originally rented. We made the best of it, but with all the key getting issues we first had and then the moving process, we will not be using Vacasa next yr for our vacation needs.
