There was plenty of room for eeryone. The outside patios were awesome and the view was spectacular. Everyone had alot of fun. We so enjoyed it. Hopefully we can be back next year.

We stayed at this property with a group of 11 adults and 1 four year old and it was amazing. The 3 different levels of bedrooms, each with their own bathroom made it comfortable for the families to spread out when necessary. The large dining room table accommodated our evening meals and one of the best parts was the beautiful outdoor areas for playing games and gathering in the evenings. Add in the hot tub, dock for fishing and relaxing, and the water access for floating. It was perfect for our group. As others have noted, the outdoor stairs to the dock aren't ideal for older people, but my 86 year old mother navigated them just fine with a little help. Bring water shoes for the rocky beach area and inflatable rafts for a relaxing float. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Finally, Joel, the host was very attentive and I was impressed with his quick responses before and during our stay. My family would definitely return to this property.

Perfect size for family reunion

This house if very large - great for our family reunion. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was such a bonus. The dock was wonderful and the house is located pretty close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants.

Property owner was extremely attentive. We love the space and we plan to go back.

We had a ball. Plenty of space. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We will be coming back to this location again.

This was a great place with a ton of space for all our family and friends. We had about 17 people stay and it fit all of us comfortably. Everyone had a great time relaxing on the spacious dock and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the dive platform (not pictured). Only reason I did not give it all 5 stars was because we were not able to enjoy the dock at night due to the spiders coming out and building their webs all around the dock. We sprayed the dock but still had the heebie-jeebies. We did keep ourselves busy other ways and had fun in the game room every night. The owner (Joel) was very responsive and accommodating when needed. We would definitely rent this place again. Thanks for having us!

A great property for family reunion. Each bedroom had its own bath. Great rec room for kids (Ping Pong & Video Arcade). Outdoor patio was large with lots of table/chairs and fire pit. Having two propane grills with extra tanks was GREAT. It has a Hot Tub even though we did not use it because it was hot in July. Great dock for boat & 2 Jet Ski's. Has a great swim area around the dock with Diving platform and long ladder to get in and out of lake.

We thought the only negative was the path from the house down to the dock Also could have more bath towels We would certainly consider renting again

Joel was always prompt in answering any questions we had. It worked out well for us that there were 4 baby gates in the entry closet as there are 3 levels to this house and we had a toddler in our group. The high chair and pack n play were clean and so handy for us not to bring our own for our great granddaughter. We used all 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, no one in our group had any complaints about their rooms. The game room on the lower level was a big hit! The upstairs kitchen is well stocked with so many dishes, pots and pans, electric griddle, serving bowls, utensils, and silverware that made cooking all of meals at the house easy. The 2 outdoor grills worked great! The large washer and dryer was handy for keeping our swimsuits and beach towels (we brought own from home) fresh. There is really nice outdoor furniture on all 4 deck areas. The hot tub was nice. We only used it the first couple of days and then it became too hot outside to care to get into a hot tub. The lake was refreshing! The water temperature was perfect. Our family definitely enjoyed staying in this rental!

This home has enough space, both indoor and outdoor, to accommodate large families or different groups of people. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which is a big plus. The multiple decks are newly furnished and lovely. The dock area is great for fishing and there are several restaurants on the water close by. Our family has spent our Lake vacation there for the past two summers and will definitely go back. The host is great!

Very nice. The bedrooms were spacious. The two kitchens had very nice appliances. The area was quiet and peaceful.

The house was spacious and perfect for multiple families. The dock was also spacious and allowed for swimming on one side and fishing on the other. We had a great time even without a boat. The location allowed for easy access to town for supplies and food. Overall, our experience was memorable, and we enjoyed our stay.

This rental was fantastic for our large group. Everyone had a comfortable bed and there’s a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked. All the furnishings are very nice. We all enjoyed swimming right off the dock and even caught a few fish. I recommend renting a boat to really enjoy the lake. The hot tub wasn’t working properly but the owner said he plans to replace it . The owner is very helpful and responds quickly. Great location to enjoy Lake of the Ozarks!

This home was everything we wanted. It was clean, well stocked, and had the perfect amount of room for our extended family. We loved the location, the game room, and all of the outdoor space!

perfect place for a large group.

10 adults, 2 teenagers and 5 younger children all under one roof. The master bedrooms were great giving each couple their private space. We loved the hot tub, the fire pit for s’mores, the games, fishing from the dock, and the comfortable nature of the whole house. Plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, appliances, and everything you could hope for, we brought lots of kitchen stuff we never unpacked. We hope to stay here again.

This house was great for what we needed. Our family had a get together at the Lake. We lived in different parts of Missouri, so it was an ideal location. The house was a perfect size for 7 different families of all ages. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom, a bunk room for the grandkids, and two kitchens. There was plenty to do even though we were there in the off season. The view was amazing with plenty of outdoor areas to hang out. The only negatives are some of the furniture was ripped, some of the shelves in the fridge were being held together by duct tape and one of the showers wouldn't drain very well. The outside needed some attention as there was a falling gutter and outdoor furniture cushions were ripped and faded. Overall, the property was clean and the property manager was easy to work with and helpful. I would recommend this property for a group gathering.

This house was big ,,, loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Plenty of space for our group to sit around. The kitchen had everything for us to cook breakfast & supper. The view was so pretty. Joel made things super easy to check in & out :)

This is a fantastic option for large groups/family vacations. We had 12 adults and 6 kids and everyone fit very comfortably. The layout of the house allows everyone to hang out together when they want and also have some space when needed. Joel was very helpful and accommodating - We definitely plan to be back!!
