From the moment we walked through the door till the moment until leaving we were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Erica and her husband are lovely people, and I would have hesitation in fully recommending this accommodation to anyone.

Very welcoming staff. Clean and spacious room. Hot shower and comfortable bed with crispy clean linen. Breakfast is decent with the world‘s most amazing fruit salad! Homey stay overall. At both check in and out we were offered information about the surrounding area and places of interest. Also, I was lucky to observe how the cakes for breakfast are made by the family members in the best Tiroler traditions.

Very helpful and lovely staff. Clean and spacious room. Parking right next to the hotel. Wi-Fi worked great. We were leaving early in the morning and the lady from the hotel was kind enough to prepare a great breakfast for us. The whole place smelled like an apple strudel (which we also had for breakfast) 😊 Would definitely recommend!

We booked the room late in the evening and the owner of the residence was so friendly to let us check in at night. The apartment is really huge, clean, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was also just perfect. Again huge thanks to the staff!

The host was such a nice lady!! Very helpful and kind. Since they didn't have a couple room, we were upgraded for free to an apartment. It was equipped with everything we needed and more, and had a very big private balcony/yard. We noticed the whole apartment and 1 out of 2 toilets are accessible for wheelchair. Breakfast was the highlight of the place to my opinion. Very diverse, super yummy. Everything we ate was great! Eggs, cheese, vegetables, fruits, muesli, yogurt, bread, jam, cakes... Great value for the price we paid. Don't miss the breakfast!

I have never seen someone nicer! Incredibly well welcomed and helped. I do recommend. And they give a 10% reduction coupon for the close restaurant which is really good. The lago did tovel is very close. Super experience.
