The house was just as depicted on the website. The furnishings were gorgeous and tasteful. We stayed a week for our 25th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. The kitchen was amply supplied with everything you could possibly need. Having access to a place to dock our boat just outside the backdoor was a must for us. We spent most of our time on the water fishing. We did get in the pool a few times and enjoyed the light show installed. We will definitely look to book again!!

Without a doubt, the best rental property we've had in the last 7 years. The home had everything we needed for our long term stay. The home location offered plenty of activities, restaurants, walking trails, beaches and the pool was awesome to relax at in the evenings. Communication with the owners was exceptional. We would highly recommend staying at this home.

The house was perfect for our trip. Extremely clean and the owners are very responsive. The location was perfect and close to Stumps Pass. Lots of restaurants close by and grocery store is also close.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful rental that truly felt like home! We used the well equipped kitchen, huge grill, bikes, beach chairs, cooler and did we mention the pool? We loved it from our first night with cocktails on the pool deck, to seeing the delight in our 2 year old grandson's eyes when the fountain, waterfall, bubbler and lights came on! We ate every meal on the covered lanai/porch, but with full dining room, breakfast bar and eat-in kitchen we certainly had choices. Ceci was quickly responsive to our every question and request. Loved our stay.

Very nice property, comfortable and very neat. Traveled a lot for restaurants. Golf very nearby and reasonable. Looking forward to next year and possibly rent a boat.

The house was very nice, well stocked, and well furnished. Location was very convenient for shopping, walking access to cedar point and oyster creek parks. Easy to drive out to stump pass/manasota beach for sunsets. Kitchen was very well supplied with decent pots/pans/knives (things i usually find i have to bring down for rental houses). Hope to stay again in a future winter.

Property was clean, warm, and inviting. Super quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk to the water, marina, and restaurants are less than a mile away. I would recommend this property and may use it again in the near future.

We took our 24 foot boat up from another city and used it to get around. The accommodations worked perfectly. Tge house is clean, well stocked, and renter friendly. There were 4 adults in our party and we had plenty of space. A nice breakfast restaurant is only blocks away. A perfect get away and an easy check in procedure. We hope to stay again!

My wife and I take a week long vacation every Summer and several long weekends throughout the year. I grew up on the West coast of Florida and prefer the beaches there. We have grown very fond of Englewood in particular as it has a more old Florida feel than lots of larger areas. Of all the places we have rented there or anywhere else in Florida we like this one the BEST. It is located in a great spot that is a quick trip to Publix and the boat ramp. As a huge plus it has a boat dock close to where we like to fish. The setting is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The Hall's home has everything you could ever want and is appointed with all top quality amenities. The neighbors are very quiet. The bed we slept in is awesome. My wife informed me we must have one. Troy and Ceci are always quick to respond to any questions. I asked Troy about the dock and he sent me pictures right away. We can't wait to come back to our new favorite VRBO destination! Thanks Troy and Ceci!

The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook with. The boat dock was easy to get to and felt safe leaving the boat there. The location was perfect. We had the best time!!!
