Great rental property, great amenities, & good location. I would definitely stay here again. Side note for those who like to sleep in, they start doing landscaping outside almost every morning before 7am so you will not be able to sleep past that time unless you are a very deep sleeper and can ignore the lawnmowers and weed wackers as it is super loud.

Beautiful condo with large bedroom and spacious bathrooms. Amazing panoramic view of the mountains and great deck with comfortable seating. Stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the view of the golf course, mountains and watching the planes take off.
Condo was extremely quiet. Pool was just steps away. The property is very large and has some really nice pathways.
There is a grocery store a few blocks away that was excellent. Restaurants are within driving distance although we mostly ate at the condo so we could enjoy the views. Kitchen was well stocked and it was really nice they had things like Saran and tin foil as well as some spices. Lots of towels and pool towels as well. Host was very easy to communicate with.

EVERYTHING about Kirk's condo and our stay was perfect! We have stayed at many vacation rentals and all have been wonderful but Kirk's place is simply the BEST for a couple visiting the Palm Springs area. We really appreciated that the condo is spotless, wonderfully furnished and is fully stocked: all we needed to bring was our clothes and our food. The pictures do not do it justice. The description does not do it justice. We would definitely book again when in the area. Kirk is a gracious and accommodating host. Thank you for having us Kirk!

We had a very enjoyable stay in a great condo.
The Interior of the condo was clean and comfortable and very well furnished. The bed was so comfortable that my wife wanted to get the name of the mattress. Our only complaint was the dust storms that blew several nights covering the patio furniture with sand and dust, The view and the condo greatly outweighed this negative. Tim

The condo was just right for us, clean, great sun and views off the back patio, the desert princess is a wonderful complex and the condo is in a great spot within it, large TV in the living room, pool and hot close and the golf course is top notch.

the condo was as described. The bed & pillows were heavenly. I have never slept so well. The condo was large and comfortable. The view was awesome. The condo had everything you need. There were plenty of towels, paper products, kitchen essentials to make your stay feel like home.
We took advantage of the walking path location on the property and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping through the complex. The gated community provide that extra layer of safety.
Kirk was awesome and very attentive. We were lucky enough to meet him as he personally come to help us with a minor TV set up issue. He is great.
We will stay again. Thanks Kirk for sharing you lovely condo.

We really enjoyed the quiet, views, and well appointed unit (e.g., well stocked spices and plenty of paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs), these may seem like little things, but these matter. The hot tub was very close by and the pickleball courts are immaculate (more people need to know about them). Would love to stay again :-)

This condo exceeded our expectations, very quiet, great view looking over the golf course, and easy access to a grocery store. the kitchen was well stocked. It was a great welcome after a long drive...would highly recommend and really appreciated the great communication with the owner.

Very nice and comfortable condo with all the amenities you could think of. Very safe community with spectacular views of mountains and several ponds plus swimming pools within a short distance. Made us wish we owned one here.
We would love to stay here again in the future. Also, not far from restaurants and entertainment.

Comfortable condo with a million dollar view. We enjoyed our stay. The Desert Princess resort is beautiful and well maintained. The golf course is 5 star, but hard to get on. It's very easy o get around as you are close to the I10. We would stay here again.

Kirk’s condo is first rate. It has been very tastefully remodelled and furnished. Very well equipped , and clean, and Kirk is very easy to communicate with . The views over the golf course toward the mountain are stunning. We love the Desert Princess property for its location, impecible grounds , and security

You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The price was right and we found everything as expected. So much so that we did not have to contact our host at all because it was just that easy and comfortable. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay again. It is close to the airport and the I-10 to the outlet malls. Oh, and the pool and hot tub are just steps away. BTW - The view is AMAZING!

Nice condo in a very nice golf resort. Great security, 24 hours. Roomy one bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Comfy king size bed. Great internet and TV service. Extremely convenient to everything around PS. Nicely equipped kitchen. A+. Oh, and a terrific value. Recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Cathedral City Desert Princess Condo. The condo was very clean and quiet. The views of the mountains were stunning. The bed was extremely comfortable . Have 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub was an added bonus. The full kitchen was great as we were able to have breakfast at the condo each morning and take in the views from the back patio. Kirk was a wonderful host and very quick at responding to a question I had. The front gate staff were always very nice. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Palm Springs Pad!
A gorgeous and comfy spot for a festival weekend! Having 2 bathrooms was really great for my friend and me to get ready in. Well appointed kitchen, very large bed, and I can’t even stress how insane the views are! The check in process was so fast and easy too! Definitely want to come back here for future Palm Springs stays.

The condo was very clean and had everything I needed. The location was very convenient and the view from the patio is as advertised. I also enjoyed use of the pool and spa that were only a few steps away. Excellent response time from owner and great communication throughout. Hope to stay here again!

What a view!
This was the ideal property! Beautiful mountain and golf course views, sunshine all day long on the patio, steps away from a pool and hot tub, and close to the airport and amenities. Desert Princess is a stunning property with a beautiful, affordable 27-hole golf course. The interior of the condo was also spacious, updated, and clean with everything that we needed-and even 2 full baths. Kirk responded to our questions immediately. We hope to rent this property again one day.

Beautiful view from the patio of the golf green and Mt. San Jacinto. Excellent location in the desert. Well provisioned unit with nice decor and well maintained. The property manager responded to every inquiry in a timely manner. Effortless checkin and checkout process.

Loved this place so much, we really hated to leave. The condo was small but well appointed, in a great community that boasts 35 swimming pools. The best patio view of anywhere we've ever stayed. We enjoyed watching the sun paint the mountains in different colors all day long.

The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and located in a beautiful setting and was furnished with everything you would need for a "feels like home" stay.
