Outstanding location. Hotel is at the edge of one part of the village, so there is no pass through promenade - feels nice. Amazing beach - not huge but there was always enough space. Most of it benefits from a relatively "flat" access to sea which is perfect if you are traveling with a small kid. There is also a pier to the side of it with some wild sea life (crabs, fish, a few sea urchins). A separate complement for a wide roofed terrace with restaurants near the right beach - great place to hide from the heat. Very tasty food in all restaurants including the basic/main one. A la carte restaurants very good as well (aside from Sushi one, which is average but that's fair). Steak house (where you need pay) is worth its buck. Some of the room facilities have been recently renovated, which is nice. Overall, hotel layout makes sense and is comfortable.

Few strong negative thoughts but a few observations: Some of staff members have been really kind and nice but overall, there could be an improvement on that front. When you make orders frequently you need to wait long times and not immediately clear that e.g. staff at the reception is keen to help. Once there were also no towels available at the beach. Hotel could extend the renovations/upgrades to cover e.g. the children playground, showers in the rooms, etc. Room cleaning could be more thorough at times. Final small thing - terrible coffee at breakfast (and for some reason no ability to order proper espresso or Turkish coffee - only the machine-powered powder one).

Staff were great Place was clean It was all included of food, drinks and activities. Amazing spa facilities all included such as indoor & outdoor pool, steam room, Sauna and Hamam room except for massages.

Not enough choice for vegetarians although they offered to make some additional vegetarian dishes from the following day which I thought was very nice and accommodating my special request.

The staff was amazing. They really care a lot. We want to talk about some small issues about the food they served at common restaurant, the chef, relationship manager, and the general manager wanted to meet us to hear out. Their attitude is really constructive approach.

everything was great. They can make some small events with the kids at the mini club like baking bread or cookies, some small group plays...

Food and dessert quality needs improvement, especially in the main restaurant. Kids club need more activities and attention for the kids care!

Breakfast was good. Location kind of out of the way. The Guys at the Photo shop were great. A lot of Knowledge about Turkey and the general area.

The Lamb, and the Sea Bass. I would pass on both.

personal is exceptionally welcoming, food is exquisite, area is nice.

the only thing I really regret is a lack of beach volleyball court.
