This condo unit was great for a quick getaway for my friend and me. It was clean, nicely appointed, quiet. The grounds and pool were well maintained and beach access was so easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo on the beach. The views from the balcony are great. Easy access to the beach via boardwalk. The beach is kept clean daily. I will say we learned real fast that we were not allowed to have chairs on the beach until after 9 am. they did allow us to keep them up that one morning since we were sitting in them at the time beach patrol came by. We never saw any signs on this, it was what beach patrol told us. Had we been walking when they came by, we would have lost our chairs. They would have picked them up and discarded them. The unit is as described on the listing. The bed was comfortable and the complex was quite during our stay. The beach accessories on the balcony were there. We didn't use them due to having our own. The complex is kept tidy and clean by the on site staff. It was also nice to have the security gates, not that the area was bad, but just not having any worries about our car. There is also a tennis court on site. The unit does have tennis rackets and ball. I expect the owners of the complex to be updating to pickle ball in the near future, just to keep up with the times. But if you are still into tennis, your set up. Oh and there was a basketball goal on the tennis court as well. The pools were clean, there was a kiddie pool, an adult pool and hot tub. I noted they were cleaned every morning by the staff.

We enjoyed the setting right on the beach and the condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The teens in our group loved the pool and hot tub and the close accessibility to little shops and cafes. The condo has folding chairs, beach toys and beach umbrellas, so we actually didn't need to bring our own. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a lovely condo in a quieter area of South Padre Island. The condo was very comfortable and very well supplied; I really think this is the best-equipped property I have ever rented! We appreciated that we did not need to bring beach chairs; even beach towels were provided! We were also close to some great restaurants; everything we needed was very convenient. We can't wait for our next visit!

We had a terrific time staying in this condo! Everything was clean, drawers were labeled for easy access, they had more than enough beach supplies to use imcluding towels! The building it self is great too. Pool and hot tub taken care of nicely as well as all of the grounds. Walk to the beach is very easy and the hose to wash off coming back is so helpful! Overall we had zero complaints and will for sure be back!

Easy property to stay in - location is fantastic. LVT flooring is beautiful. Love the kitchen. Bathroom sinks do not drain well - needs to be fixed.

Condo as advertised. Clean, convenient, great balcony, easy access to beach, comfortable beds, high quality furnishings and accessories like coffee pots. Only minor complaint was the showers could use a deep clean - considering they were supposed to be remodeled, they weren't super clean. We would still come back to this unit.

We had a wonderful time in our condo with the new updates building and its access to the beach. Customer service we received from beginning to end with some of the best we’ve received with any hospitality company.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. All was as as promised in the listing. Having the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available to us without having to bring was really convenient. We did think reviews indicating condiments on hand meant staples like ketchup, mustard and mayo but other than that, our expectations were met. I wouldn’t even mention, except that you may want to bring those items along :)

Great property to invest in a family vacation. They have everything you need to have a great time at the beach. The kitchen is outfitted well and the condo is very clean. Just pack your clothes, sunscreen, and food - they have everything else for an enjoyable day at the beach.

Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and everything was very clean. Balcony view is wonderful and loved the easy access to the pool and beach.

Had a great stay at the Oceanfront property. Right on the beach, all beach accessories were provided - beach towels, toys, pull cart, chairs and umbrellas. Even had coolers for drinks and snack on the beach. Had 2 types of coffee makers, drip and Keurig, with coffee provided. All the kitchen cookware and dishes were also available. All of the amenities made for lighter packing for an easier vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautifully decorated with lots of comfortable seating. Living room was stocked with family games. The kitchen had all of the essentials. The host had all the beach gear you would need (wagon, toys, chairs, boogie boards), so we didn’t have to pack ours. This was a huge help. We had a couple of issues that required us to contact the host. He was very kind and quick to find fixes to the issues. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book with them again.

We loved this condo! It was perfect for our family. They are very responsive when you need assistance with something. Will be back here again!

Beach, Activities and great view!

I have rented a lot of places in SPI - this is among the best if not the best. Everything you see in the pictures is how the condo is. They provided everything you needed - even laundry detergent and yoga mats! They re-did the condo so unless you are in one of the few brand new places this condo is one to stay in. The host was very responsive as well! I will be back!

The condo unit and building were clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and we would stay here again.

Everything about the property is great except for the unit itself. Bathrooms were clean and the unit is fully stocked with TP, cooking utensils, etc. the kitchen was not clean. Crumbs in the refrigerator and drawers along with food stuck to cabinets. There is definite wear and tear in the house.

This condo was everything and more. We truly enjoyed ourselves during our stay. Condo had everything we needed plus a lot of extras. We will definitely book again.

The place is great and set up nicely for renters. I would recommend more hooks around the condo and bathrooms to hang bags, towels. Totes, etc. there really isn’t anywhere to hang things.

The first night we came back from diner and there were people in the condo fixing the dryer plug at 9pm. They did not leave till 10pm. Could not figure out the tv controls and no instructions with them.

This is the first time that I've visited SPI since about 18 years ago and I was not let down at all. Aside from the very clean and nicely renovated condo, the amenities were also a very nice touch. The beach access was very easy and the showers at the beach entry gate made it easy to clean off after a long relaxing day in the surf/sand. The pool and hot tub was also very welcomed as it gave you a chance to cool off before heading back up to the condo to clean off and have a night on the town. Communication was also very quick with any questions that I had prior to booking. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family!

I've been to SPI for many years. We go each year or every other year. I've stayed at multiple condos and properties. I have to say this one was the best overall that it has become our favorite to rent again. The condo is nicely updated and has all the necessities you need including to full size sofas. AYou only have to bring your clothes, toiletries, and food/drinks. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the cabinets labeled to tell you what is there. They have plenty of pans and utensils for your stay along with spices and oils. There are two coffee pots with one of them being a Keurig. The kitchen also has hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher soap. The laundry room has detergent and fabric sheets. The bathrooms have plenty of towels with also handwashing soap. I really did like the condo had beach towels, which were very nice. The balcony has the chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and a cart. I do agree with another review that there is a lot of items so makes the balcony a little crowded, but it was only two of us, so we were ok. The best part was how close the condo is to the beach so you don't have to walk far. It has a great walkway and map to get you to the beach. The overall building is well maintained and there was plenty of parking.

We loved the views and being so close to the beach. The property is very well maintained and the pool is cleaned daily. Condo was well stocked with everything you will need including beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs and beach toys. Beds are very comfortable. Close to grocery store 2 blocks away and the property has a grocery cart that can be used.

My children and I had such a fun, but peaceful time at this condo. The view is BEAUTIFUL!!! I was amazed at the cleanliness and all the space it offered. Everything is updated and new including the Keurig(My fave). It was stocked with everything we needed from spices to a waffle maker. Oh, and everything was labeled!! That was a major plus so we weren’t lost looking for things. I loved how as soon as we walked in it felt so zen and housewarming at the same time. The decor is very clean and decluttered, but it feels welcoming. Another major help was the rolling cart and all the beach equipment provided. That made such a difference on not having to carry everything in arms to the beach. I have to say there not one negative thing at our stay these days. I planned this trip expecting to have just a good time , but because the host is so detail oriented in providing a memorable time, I was able to forget about everything and truly enjoy my time with my family.

This is actually our second time staying at this property, I believe my husband used his VRBO account the first time we stayed almost a year and a half ago. We chose to go back to this specific rental for the second time because it is clean, quiet, and right on the beach! Both our 12-year-old and 3-year-old love it here as well, with all the sand toys and beach amenities you could ever need! Thank you for having us and we look forward to staying here again next Summer :)
