Very poor service and staff. Big problems with cleanliness

Good location, just 7 minutes from San Jose airport. The staff was excellent; as we had a late flight, they met us for check-in at 12 am. Additionally, the receptionist provided two SIM cards for us, which we activated online.

It could get noisy at night. If you're a sensitive sleeper, be aware that the windows are weak, and you might hear all the noisy traffic.

Great location for a lay over in San Jose. Safe and great hosts that checked us in at midnight. Didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked good!

A little loud as it’s on an intersection

The location is amazing, directly across from the Cathedral & park. Very beautiful, & shops, restaurants’s & super markets as well as the town market are in walking distance.

The room was very clean and just less than 100 meters form the center. Everything happening was very close. There was an open dance party at the park nearby. I did not have to worry about going back late to the hotel.

The breakfast could have been better and bigger.

Breakfast was delicious. Coffee great Location is wonderful. You can get to market, restaurants, pharmacy, church etc by walking

Very noisy from the traffic.

This place was good for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, however it does not block out the noise from the road outside, which seemed to be pretty busy even in the night/early morning. The room had great air con and the staff were very friendly. The morning breakfast is okay considering it’s a part of the price.

Street noise was pretty loud and the room didn’t block out the noise. Breakfast was pretty basic, might be nice to offer some choices for food.

The staff was friendly. It was basic, but everything you needed.

It is located on a busy road. Didn’t get much sleep from all the traffic racing by. The breakfast was okay but could have been better

Room just across the reception suffers the noise both from the reception/café and the street. But nothing disastrous.

there’s mold in the floor we stayed in. It was obvious that there had been water damage on the floor and you could see black below the broken and loose floor panels and could really smell a strong smell there too. The mold smell permeated the room.

Front of desk Hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Even offered to prepare a breakfast outside of hours as had to leave early. Perfect for a night stay from airport

Communication prior to arrival was a little confusing, private taxi was booked before hand but never confirmed how to find them on arrival. Luckily he did arrive and all was fine but added some stress after a 14 hour flight
