Nous avons été relogés dans un autre établissement car celui ci était en travaux à la période ou nous avions réservé. Excellente prise en charge de la société Pierre et Vacances.

La période était favorable au calme de la résidence. Bonne situation par rapport aux transports en commun quand on est à pied

Hotel is in a great location, if with car there is a car park, if without a car, public transport is great. Local bus, 1euro, takes you in 20-25 minutes to Monte Carlo, or the other way to Nice. Villefranche old town is less than 15 mins walk, beach is few minutes away. And the views are great, Mediteranean at its best...
We were there in April, swimming pool is closed till May.

Everything was fine, but after checking out I realized that I forgot my coat at the room. And surprisingly staff did not find my coat at the room!!
Staff stole my coat. Moreover I sent a review to the hotel, but nobody even replied to me

room was nice and clean. Pool was really nice.
We had no hot water the whole time we were there and had no way of communicating this to reception as it was closed. sent multiple messages and tried to call but no reply. it was also winter and we had small children so we couldn’t give them a cold shower.

we loved having access to the pool, many beautiful beaches close by, and the balcony was a big plus. we also appreciated the staff by the pool and reception who were very friendly and informative (they lent us a plastic container for food).
there was no Wi-Fi access. one of the sheets also had a mascara stain.

General cleanliness of apartment poor. Broken china and not enough china to go round . All miss matched .

Nice residence but not designed for 5 people (which is what it is advertised as) because it is small. Best suited to 1 or 2 persons only. View lovely , great balcony and clean. Everything I needed for a week's stay. Thank you.

Great location close to Beaulieu and Cap Ferrat. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice.
The room was quite noisy due to the neighbors at night and also not completely clean.

I didn't like that, when we arrived, they requested us a guarantee of 200 € money who was blocked on my card for 2 weeks. They asked us 15 € hotel taxes and a tax of 2 € for the pool (the hotel pool)
