Great property. Pretty neighborhood.

Plenty of room for 3 adult couples looking to get away for a long weekend, have independent activities, and drivable access to the beach. The location of the home provides travelers with flexibility and the home is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable relaxing trip. Property Management is also key here with very professional and clear communication.

The house was so clean and comfy, and it was nice to have a big kitchen and great room and three full baths. Loved the grill and screened in porch too! Plenty of space for ten people, but the two pull out sofas are very uncomfortable so the sleeping is really only comfortable for 6. I would suggest bringing an air mattress or two if you have 8-10 people.

Totally relaxing and enjoyable stay at Swan Lodge. Perfect location close to town, a short drive to Oval Beach, golf and Douglas. Beautiful neighborhood with cared for homes. Highly recommend Swan Lodge for any time of year getaway!

Loved the space! And the location close to town… this offers the perfect homebase for a Saugatuck get-away… friendly neighbors… fully equipped… quiet and comfortable - perfect retreat for our family! Highly recommend - we would rent again!

Great time. Downtown Saugatuck was walkable,, if you are used to walking. We drove due to injuries, but were able to walk around and enjoy the scenery!

Blizzards at Christmas caused us to wait until February to travel “back home” from Minneapolis, to celebrate with our parents, uncles and aunts. What a great place to enjoy with our adult children for dinners and gatherings with local family and exchanging gifts with a blazing fire in the fireplace. A couple of initial issues were taken care of by Madison, straightaway. The home is spacious but cozy and was perfect for our visit with many areas for some “me time.” Even in the off-season, walks to downtown for morning coffee or to visit shops and restaurants were fun and enjoyable. Great place to stay in West Michigan any time of year. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The home was fully stocked up with everything we needed. Great location for our stay in Saugatuck. We will rent this home again!! Thank you for a fun fall fantastic stay!!

The house makes a wonderful first impression. The Kitchen had everything we needed. Having the main bedroom on the top floor and remaining bedrooms on the first floor allowed us all the privacy we could want. Several suggestions: Many bulbs were burnt out. Most annoying was the entry light to the house at night. There is mold in the lower level bathroom shower door. The pull out sofa mattresses are unusable and need replacement. None of this detracted from a beautiful home.

We were very impressed with the condition of the home - it exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood was darling and we easily walked into town to enjoy the shops, etc. The rental company was very responsive to our needs.

We loved staying at Swan Lodge! It was so clean and well-stocked! We were able to walk to downtown Saugatuck for shopping and wine-tasting, which was really nice. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely go back!

This is a wonderful, property. The home is located on a quiet dead end street, however, it is easy to walk to the downtown area. The neighbors are very friendly. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, dishes, kitchen tools, The living room was comfortable with a beautiful fireplace (which we did not use). There is a nice screened porch. Along the back of the house there are large windows overlooking a wooded area. I appreciated the special touches-ping pong table in the garage, beach chairs, boogie boards,

overall a pretty good experience- we did find bugs (what appeared to be a tick, pictures were taken) under the couch cushions, and one friend found bugs when he pulled back the bedding. the area is residential so neighbors may not like that this is a rental. we received a noise complaint when it was just four people on the deck, talking and laughing. great location.

Instructions for check in and check out were clear. Property manager was very responsive and wven contacted us to let us know before we even arrived they were sending a plumber over to fix a minor problem. Property was super clean abd in a beautiful quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. Short walk to everything in the downtown area. Wonderful trip!

This was a sister/sister-in-law get-away trip. Swan Lodge was beyond beautiful both inside and out. The setting was quiet and serene in a neighborhood that was hard to leave. Just amazing. Amenities were everything we needed. Neighbors were very friendly and welcomed us to the cul-de-sac. We can't wait to return!

Lots of space, comfortable beds, beautiful surroundings, loved the screened in porch. Only called once to ask about recycling. I received courteous response. We did take our recycling home because we didn’t want to put it in with regular garbage.

This was a great getaway. In a wooded neighborhood. Lots of open space. Comfortable beds and plenty to see and do that were close.

We had an excellent stay. Since we were there for a wedding we really didn't get a chance to be in the lodge very much. Loved the porch.

It is a nice property. Perfect for three couples. We all had negative comments about the fact that the lightly in the kitchen was not functional enough for cooking. About 6 light bulbs were burned out. I would have thought that the property would be inspected each time for this type of issue. The lights outside the garage doors did not function(bulbs could be burned out). A night lite was burned out. We did find a couple of new flood light bulbs to replace a couple ceiling floods. Generally, lacking lighting. Surprising to not have soap where soap is always needed. We only found one or two dish towels...need more. There was only one kitchen garbage bag. And, for G-d sakes how about putting enough toilet tissue in the bathrooms. We couldn't figure out how to lock The doors on the lower level, inspite of the instructions. The team at Jaqua Rentals were great...friendly and knowledgeable and follow up on what they were to do. I Never made me feel rushed during my conversation with my sales person.

An exceptional property! It was super clean, which is hard to find with rentals. Very relaxing, we would stay there again!
