We had a great Christmas stay. The house was decorated and it made us feel special :) What a great responsive , landlord and what a great location to relax even In the winter. Multiple ski resorts near by !!

This is a gorgeous and very spacious house. My kids absolutely loved it and I bet it's even better in the summer when you can use all the fun toys in the garage on the lake. Host had great communication - we had a tree branch fall near the propane tanks outside and they had someone over to make sure everything was ok within the hour. My sister was married at the Inn around the corner so the location was wonderful for us. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property is lovely, clean, spacious and perfectly located for attending a wedding g at The Newfound Inn…. Or just hanging out to enjoy the lake and surrounding area.

We spent the long weekend here with our two teenage sons and a few of their friends. The house was equipped with absolutely everything we needed - bedding, towels, beach towels, beach and lake toys and more! We all enjoyed playing pool all weekend and spreading out comfortably in the spacious house. We watched movies and made plenty of meals in the kitchen. The private beach is small but sufficient, Newfound Lake is gorgeous as always, and all the neighbors we met were very friendly. We had a great time and hope to make it back again soon.

If you are looking for a great place to be together with family, this is the place. Sleeping for 10 in pure comfort. A short walk to the lake. Fire pit, patio, chairs and picnic table all add to the comfort of this home. Kayaks and tubes for use at the lake are there for your enjoyment. We had many nights of playing pool on the new pool table. Kitchen is large and modern and very easy to prepare those big meals. We can’t wait to go back.

Newfound lake is our favorite in New Hampshire, and this home allowed us to enjoy every moment. Though it is not directly on the lake, it's just a 2 minute walk to a private shared beach. Wellington State Park ( our favorite) is just 15 away. The home is gorgeous and easy for a family to spread out and relax together. Having the kayaks, paddleboards, float chairs, etc was the icing on the cake. Angelina was the consummate host. Every question was responded to within a couple of minutes. Thank you so much for a truly delightful stay!

Great spot to stay for a fishing weekend.

The house was clean when we arrived, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay! Plenty of space for a family or friend get together, and close enough to town if you need to make quick grocery trips or get dinner! Would definitely stay here again!

David and Ann were super great hosts! They welcomed us when we first arrived and gave us a tour of the house and the nearby attractions. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had a great time and absolutely loved it.

Beautiful, new house with plenty of space for our family and friends to gather for dinner and relax in a large great room for games and movies, and then multiple bedrooms and sleeping areas on different floors for privacy and quiet. The host David is very friendly and gracious and he gave us a tour of the house when we arrived to explain all the amenities and features. Our group went skiing at Loon Mtn and Cannon Mtn and also XC skiing and winter hiking in the Franconia Notch area. We all had a great time and would certainly want to stay here again in the future. We just stayed at the Cooks Way property in Bridgewater, NH and we loved it there. The accommodations were spacious and clean, and the interior layout was well designed with a beautiful open floor plan. The owners truly care about their guests having a wonderful time, and we wanted for nothing while we were there. David introduced himself shortly after our arrival, and was available to answer any questions. The firepit was a big hit, and the property also has a gas grill for cooking out. The kitchen was also beautiful, with plenty of seating. We had an incredible time, and look forward to returning to stay at the property in the near future. We recommend this property to anyone looking to get away from the daily grind, and kick back and relax.

I cannot say enough good things about this property or the owners, David and Anne! We had such an amazing stay and the surrounding area offered quite a few fun things to do for everyone in our group. The lake was within walking distance of our house and it was crystal clear with breathtaking views. We could’ve spent all summer there! The house had us all in awe! It really exceeded all expectations. It was in pristine condition and you can tell that David and Anne put their heart and souls into making it homey and welcoming. The high vaulted ceilings and beautiful woodwork in the house added to its character. It was so spacious and well thought out that we never felt like we were right on top of each other (parents planning a trip with kids can certainly appreciate this aspect!!) and there were top of the line appliances and so much storage space. You can definitely tell this property was well thought out and we couldn’t have loved it any more! David and Anne were wonderful. Truly wonderful! They were so welcoming and friendly and made us all feel right at home. We can’t wait to book this property again!!
