We stayed here for a Family Vacation. The condo had a great view of the beach and was supplied with umbrella's and beach supplies. The location is perfect, a 2 minute drive to Publix and starbucks and so close to the beach. We will choose again for our next family St. Pete's vacation.

A small bump in the road on our arrival but Lisa quickly took care of everything. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for great location and wonderful hosts.

I went with my husband on a business trip & didn't want to stay at a hotel by myself all day. Staying at Lisa's property helped me feel like I was on vacation!

This place was right on the beach and right in the middle of a lot to do. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay and the owner was great to work with. Thank you!

The location of this condo was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent. The condo itself was a perfect size with the right amenities. It was clean, but could use some updating (toilet seat chipped, paint peeling off the bottom of the doors, musty smell).

We loved the location of this property; it is close to everything you need (groceries, Starbucks, restaurants). Being right on the beach cannot be beat. Lisa has left you everything you need (beach chairs, towels, linens) and there’s even some dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc. Lisa was a great communicator and very attentive . Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, on the beach with a pool and all the conveniences of home — nothing compares.

We loved our stay! The only complaint was the cleanliness when we arrived. There seemed to be a lot of sand especially in the closets and the master bedroom fan was pretty dirty. Other than those minor things, we would recommend!

Property was beautifully located in center of St Pete beach. Everyone was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend!!!

My family really enjoyed this property. It was so convenient to just walk right out the back door and be at the beach. Lisa answered any questions we had very promptly.

The location was exactly as describe and the property manager was very easy to work with. There was an unfortunate household situation out of her control and she was VERY quick to handle it and make sure our stay was as unencumbered as possible. The condo was modest, yet had all the things as advertised that we needed for our family. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as many restaurants/bars/entertainment. We walked most nights to restaurants and were even able to walk to the grocery store and pharmacy. Location simply can't be beat if you have a small group. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. The bunk room was a tight squeeze, but absolutely perfect for kids who really just needed a place to crash after a day at the beach! The pool was heated (which helped us being as though the weather was unseasonably chilly) and had a great view to the ocean. The view from the deck was perfect for a sunset cocktail and morning coffee. Our kids had no problems with wifi for school work. We didn't really use TVs, but there were several in the condo. We also didn't do much cooking as we did a short trip and wanted to enjoy the nearby restaurants, however, the condo was fully equipped with all basic necessities, she even has two coffee makers (a small 4 cup as well as a Keurig). Having the washer and dryer in the unit was a must for us with 3 kids and it worked perfectly. We definitely enjoyed our trip. The condo was a great retreat for our family. Thank you!

The booking process was incredibly easy. The property manager was quick to get back to us when we asked questions and gave us really helpful information for our stay. My husband and our visiting niece and nephew LOVED the pool. I LOVED the view from the balcony. There is nothing more relaxing than waking up to a cup of coffee with a view of the beach and ending the day talking with family while listening to the surf after watching a beautiful sunset-- all from the comfort of your balcony!! There were great restaurants all around. And best of all, there was an amazing beach to walk and play on right in the back yard!!!

Arrived at property that was not cleaned from last guests contact with property manager was good but due to it being 6pm and having plans the next day he did try to offer a night in hotel on them and we could check in the next day but we could not check in/out of a hotel the next day so sadly had to re book another hotel at 6pm that evening and we received a full refund on this property

Location was good, short walk to the beach. View from balcony limited (as it was shown on pictures). A few things not working when we arrived (remote controls for lights, which btw does not make any sense in a condo like this). Was fixed quickly and communication with owner was very good and professional. Bedroom with trunk beds was way smaller than it appears on pictures... Kitchen a bit outdated and furniture of quite poor quality. However, we enjoyed our short stay (4 nights) a lot and might even come back.

Jack made sure I was comfortable in their space and gave me phenomenal recommendations! I hope to never stay anywhere else in that area other than their wonderful condo! Gorgeous view, walking distance to food and entertainment. Second to the condo, the beach that wasn’t overcrowded and right there!! Infinity stars best trip ever!

The location was fine, The beach was beautiful. The condo needs a lot more updating, for example the lighting was horrible! Decor is really outdated:(

We started the week with a bit of a hiccup. We arrived 7/4 and our room had not been cleaned by the cleaning service. The owners were quick in their response to remedy the situation. Unfortunately the cleaning job that occurred thereafter was average. Basic cleaning was completed but we did find trash under the bed, surfaces that hadn’t been wiped, etc which is why I gave only 3/5 for cleanliness. We came prepared with basic cleaning wipes and we’re able to remedy that ourselves. Always a risk checking in on a holiday! Seems like that might have been a scheduling/communication issue as the cleaners then presented again the day after check in. The location of the unit is great. There is a nice beach view. Walkable to restaurants, bars, etc. Covered parking for the car is also a plus. Elevator and carts available for luggage and groceries. The condo comes with kitchen basics. In unit laundry is always a plus. There is also a closet with beach items as well as a basket of beach towels. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs for the week. The beach umbrella was left broken by previous travelers so we did purchase a new one. You do get some noise at night in both bedrooms which is obviously dependent on your cotravelers in other units during the week. The master bedroom is over the pool area which was rather noisy depending on the night. Pool quiet hours are posted. The second bedroom has a window to the main hallway/stairwell area so again some noise. The A/C issues mentioned in previous reviews had been resolved by the time we arrived. The check out “chores” were in line with most other condos we’ve rented: stripping the beds, piling up towels, cleaning out the fridge, etc. so no surprises there. Quick Communication with owners who seem very passionate about ensuring a great stay for their guests is one of the greatest strengths of this rental- besides the view :)

Dated but clean Air conditioner did not work. Had a window one did not cool front room

We recently visited for our sons and daughter in law’s wedding. Our host (Lisa) was over the top helpful with recommendations for wedding stuff and area activities. The real help came when there was an issue with the condos AC. She booked another place for us to stay in the event that the AC was not repaired in time. It was repaired for our arrival. Not sure many people would be that considerate and kind. We are very grateful !

We loved the property but on the 3rd day the AC quit. I contacted Jack, the owner, and he immediately got the ball rolling. Unfortunately the ac couldn't be fixed during our stay due to ac compressor logistics issues. He had 2 in-room ac's delivered and setup quickly. I appreciated the attentiveness Jack gave us. Jack was gracious enough to refund us 2 nights stay also. Even though we had this issue I would still highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks again Jack!
