This condo had everything you would want in an oceanfront stay. The place was clean, nice amenities and the owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation with family or friends.

This property is absolutely fabulous. Exceeded my expectations. The location is great and very accessible to pool and beach. The weather didn’t cooperate very well because of high winds but the property is great. Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Place. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The balcony was key since we could send the kids to the pool and still watch them from the shaded balcony. We were sad to leave.

Great condo. We stayed here in preparation for our son’s wedding at the Ritz Golf Club. Amazing views off the balcony. We had one little hiccup with clogging sinks but it was addressed and taken care of same day. Would recommend!

A wonderful first trip to Amelia. The condo is perfectly located and though a bit dated was very clean and incredible view from second floor balcony. Surprised by lack of ice maker but quickly adjusted to emptying ice trays! Also the window from master overlooking beach was in need of cleaning but too heavy for me to raise. Will certainly want to come back

We had a wonderful week at this lovely oceanfront property. Beautifully decorated, abundantly equipped, sparkling clean. And! The nicest, most responsive host we have encountered in quite a while. Great experience for spending time with dear friends. Highly recommend!

Great condo for a family trip. Perfect location on the beach with tons of seashells and next door/walking distance to the Ritz restaurants. The condo came with many extras, including beach towels, basic beach chairs, stroller, etc. We rented chairs and an umbrella from Riptide; SunSetters was out of season during our stay, but since they're the official rental company for Ocean Place, Riptide could only deliver the rentals to the property line with the next door Surf & Racquet Club. Also there are luggage/grocery carts, but you may have to search for them in the stairwells. Lastly the required damage insurance was an unpleasant surprise when booking.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The condo was clean, had a great kitchen and amenities. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. The view was outstanding, as it is directly oceanfront and the beach and pool were so close and easily accessible. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Our stay at this condo exceeded all of our expectations. The unit was spacious, decorated beautifully and a kitchen that was well-stocked with anything you needed. We spent long days on the beach and rented chairs/umbrellas from Riptide - super easy. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the area - our favorite was Salt at the Ritz to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday (and bride-to-be). Another favorite was Lagniappe. We made many great memories here and are already thinking of returning in May.

We had a wonderful vacation. I could not be happier with this condo. It was beautiful and exactly as shown in the listing. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the layout was perfect for everyone to sit comfortably when we were all together.
We will definitely consider this place again for future trips.

So we usually stay in houses, but this condo turned out just fine! Spacious enough for our small family. It was a 3 bedroom and we all a had a full bath which was great! We were only on the second floor, but had an elavator for my parents who didnt like to use the stairs, so was convenient. Our balcony overlooked the pool which I may mention was never crowded. A wooden walkway to the beach, the only thing about the walk to the beach was didnt expect the big set of stairs at the end. That proved to have some difficulties with wagons, ice chests, and senior citizen parents, but that really is the worst of it. The beach in front of the property was never crowded and we felt like we owned our little spot that we were able to claim everyday. Overall it was a perfect fit for our family.

The condo was in the perfect location. We enjoyed watching the turtles on the dunes each day. The rain storms that rolled in were quite impressive!
Fernandina Historic district was wonderful for a bit of shopping and the restaurant selections were fantastic. Definitely will stay here again.

Condo is clean and comfortable, well-stocked. Beach is a quick walk down the path. Pool deck has been refinished since the pics were posted so pool is nicer than we expected. Overall a great place to stay. Walking to Ritz next door for dinner or drinks also a nice feature of this location.

The view from the porch is amazing and it is a short walk to the Ritz. The weather didn't totally cooperate, but it was still a very enjoyable girls' weekend. Patricia was very responsive and accommodating. I can't think of anything that she hasn't thought about or provided in the condo. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful property with many local activities available. Shopping, beach, restaurants, and although we had rain galore for most of our stay we had a wonderful time. Did not get to enjoy bike trails or a kayak adventure as hoped but fun with friends anyway.

There were 6 of us that stayed to celebrate our 60th birthday. We loved the balcony and view. It was also so nice to be able to walk to The Ritz and use their restaurants. Great place! Highly recommend!

My husband and I hosted siblings, their spouses and our friends. We were there 3 weeks. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had a great porch with a direct view of the dunes and ocean.
There was so much to explore in the downtown district with fabulous restaurants. No chain restaurants on this island! Weather the 1st week was windy and rainy but cleared up and warmed up for the next 2 weeks.
The condo had the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in the dozens of vacation condos I’ve stayed at.
Trish is so very helpful and quickly answered questions as needed.
A wonderful time was had by all.

3 bedrooms and 3 baths were great! Large living area and dining room with a nice patio overlooking the pool and beaches. Kitchen had every item you can think of including an instapot!
