Really appreciate the cleanliness and location of this property. It was a hectic weekend for us. We rented for the purpose of how close it was to Botanica for our son to stay the night before his Wedding. He and his groomsmen were able to all get ready there then had a quick drive to the venue. It all worked out perfect!

Great little home for our son’s weekend baseball tournament! Found everything as described. Communication with host was excellent! Would stay again!

We chose this property over a hotel with the rest of
the soccer team so we could have space to relax between games and a place to do laundry. Alex was great to communicate with us about expectations of our stay. It was very clean, large King size beds, and strong water pressure were some of my favorite things about the house.

Super cute house, the house being off a Main Street made it a little noisy, but it wasn’t a super big deal! Would recommend this property and would consider staying here again!

A couple of buddies and I, all retired, decided on a quick break from the snow and cold of Omaha, and took a drive 350 miles south to Wichita for a few days of golf. We found this cute house, offered by our host, Alex. The weather was significantly warmer and we made the trip worthwhile by getting in 4 rounds in 3 days.
Alex made our stay very comfortable by providing a clean, safe home with 3 bedrooms that is centrally located. She was responsive and even recommended this property, when we actually had booked another property that she manages as she knew this home would serve our needs better than the other. It certainly fit us well, played a couple of courses she recommended, and when we look for a quick weather/golf break next year, we will certainly be getting with her again.

Sweet house in sought after Riverside area. Owner is very prompt with answered questions. Parking can be tricky- figured out how to back into the driveway for ease of exit.

This cottage was perfect for a quick visit to Wichita. Alec was so attentive. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again !

Lovely little home near the river. We stayed for four nights and found the home to be just the right size for our girls weekend. The property manager was very attentive, the house was clean and welcoming. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice home that had everything we needed for our stay. Yes, it is on a busy road, and there is only one bathroom located in the master bedroom, but it really was not an issue for our family. It is close to everything we wanted to see and do in Wichita. This home was very clean and adorably decorated. Thank you for your hospitality!

Gorgeous property. Perfect for the family. Great spot, close to all the action. Alex did a great job supporting us with our needs. One down side is the only bath is in master. As long as the people/person in that room sleeping is okay with someone coming in during the night to use the restroom, then it’s no big deal. We loved the fact that we could watch our local baseball team play on the tv. They had all the options.

Cute house!
We were in Wichita for some training at the Riordan Clinic, and this house worked well. It was an easy fifteen minute drive. One evening we walked along the lovely river walk right around the corner from the house. Alex provided some snacks and the kitchen was well stocked. It worked well as our home away from home.

Had a great 2 night stay. Having only one bathroom was a little bit of a challenge but we made it work. Wish backyard furniture was a little nicer and easier to set in but we made due.

This house has everything to fit your needs. You can tell the owners really strive for a 5 star. I will definitely be staying here again.
If I had to say anything negative, it would be the traffic. However, the traffic didn’t bother me at all, but might be a thumbs down if you want a quiet place to relax.

My sister and I were looking for a place that we could stay with our mom. Wichita is a halfway point for us. The house was neat, clean and well presented. Spacious yet cozy and the decor was welcoming. Alex answered all of our questions quickly and appreciated that.

We stayed here for a business trip and the home was perfect! Very clean, super comfortable. Even though the home is over 100 years old, its very modern and updated. Would easily recommend to anyone! Great place!

We had an amazing experience! Alex even had prepped with some toys for our 1 year old. The place was very welcoming and beautiful. The backyard was nice to hang out in during the day before our events at night.
