This condo is clean and well maintained. The weather was not perfect, but the condo was spacious and a great place to be during the storm. We look forward to visiting again, rain or shine.

We have stayed in several places in Surfside and all of them have been nice. I will say this is my new favorite. The condo is actually better than the pics show. My favorite thing about the unit was the porch. Its big and right next to the pool. Most residents have to walk outside and around to get to the pool but this unit walks right onto the pool deck. The view of the beach and ocean are exceptional. The unit had everything we needed to cook several meals. The shower in the main bath was awesome with a stone floor. You can tell the owners take great pride in this unit with the details in the window and door coverings and the cove moldings around the unit. They also allow golf carts(gas) which is nice. I will say that this complex is popular with a group of family and friends who rent multiple units every fourth of July week so the pool area does get busy on the fourth with everyone hanging out. They are great and will quickly consider you one of the family. If you get the opportunity to rent this unit you will not be disappointed we had a great time.

This condo is absolute perfection, with beautiful views of the ocean from every window, and an oceanfront screened in porch, along with direct pool and beach access. The inside is beautiful and clean. It’s a really nice touch providing linens. The area of the beach where it’s located is a less busy area. This was our 2nd stay in the condo and we will definitely be back next year!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and appointed with direct access to the pool and beach. The picture window in the living room gives a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It made our vacation perfect. We would happily return again.

We loved everything about this beautiful condo. Amazing views from every room, every room has direct access to the screened in porch which has direct access to the pool and beach. Well equipped with everything you need, beautifully decorated and clean. We will be back next year!

This condo was 100% as advertised. The host provided all the information we needed before we arrived. The location is great, close to restaurants and local bars. The condo is well equipped with most everything we needed. We were very comfortable and being oceanfront makes it even better. We especially loved the screened deck overlooking the pool and beach. If given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again.

My family and I were in awe of this rental. The close proximity to the pool and beach were perfect for a family with small kids. The condo was decorated beautifully and immaculate in cleanliness. We would recommend to anyone to stay here. We will definitely be back.

Our second stay. Just as good as last time. Weather turned rainy toward the end of the week so we enjoyed playing cards and reading on the oceanfront porch. Walk out to pool deck and beach is just a few steps away.

The condo is beautiful and everywhere you look you see ocean. You could hear the ocean every night...what away to go to sleep. The sunrises are spectacular. Definately will stay again.

I had rented another condo from the owner last year and loved everything about the place. This year we went down to the first floor and was again amazed by the beauty of the condo. The view of the ocean was spectacular through the large window and the screened in porch. We had easy access to the pool and beach. Her 2 units are a must rent for the best beach vacation you could ever have.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, tastefullly decorated and just as depicted in the pictures. Full ocean views from the open area living room, kitchen, and wraparound porch was the icing on the cake. We also was delighted that the porch was accessible from both bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room all contain modern appliances and fixtures. Communications with the host were also timely and pleasant.

This is a beautiful condo!! Directly on the beach, pool was right outside the condo. Great restaurants/ bars within walking distance. Clean & new! We had an amazing experience!! Contact with the host was awesome. I can't say enough good things about it!! Definitely 5 stars!!

Girl’s getaway
Owners have gone over and beyond on conveniences and style. Everything about the condo was just comforting and comfortable… there were spectacular views of the ocean from every room in the condo… beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, the porch was absolutely heaven. We loved every moment of our stay.

End of Summer Vacay
Condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. The unit is right by the pool and one of the few that you don’t have to go through the parking lot to get to the pool or beach. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella in the porch storage unit. There’s no hotels close, so the beach isn’t overcrowded and it’s very family oriented. Our family loved it and we look forward to hopefully staying again next summer!
