Un peu cher mais je suppose que c’est du à la beauté du lieu et son côté touristique

Locatie, echt prachtig met uitzicht op de klifrotsen. Ook is er aan de kinderen gedacht met speelgoed bij het zwembad en het restaurant.

De deur van de kamer sloot niet goed, waardoor we een gekko en mieren in de kamer hadden. Ook werkte de douche qua temperatuur niet goed, ondanks hulp van de dame in charge. Ze bekommerde zich er wel om.

Zimmer, Ausstattung, super freundliches Personal, Ausblick! Frühstück überragend!

The kind staff, the beautiful bungalows, the nice restaurant, the helping with arranging trips and taxis.

This is a seriously good place to stay. We were visiting in monsoon season and the main building was well equipped to entertain our kids when the rain poured. Table tennis table, nice tables to play cards, small pool to take a dip and refresh. The setting is amazing, big limestone mountains surrounding. It is away from the main village of Khao lak but that suited us.

Everything from check-in to check out was warm, welcoming and comfortable. The staff are lovely and accommodating, the view is lovely, the rooms are well maintained and presented, and you have everything you need. One of the pools were down for maintenance but they compensated anyone staying there at the time anyway.

The view from breakfast is stunning, as well as the view from the balcony of the rooms We ate different dishes at each meal time for four days and were blown away by the quality, absolutely delicious. Also the best chicken wings I've had, on a side note The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Shower pressure is not very high but the water is hot The staff were wonderful, always trying to give assistance and extremely friendly. They assisted with organising tours and transport It was the perfect place to acclimatise before heading off for more adventures.

Not that I didn't like it, but the location is quite remote, about 15km from the next town and waterfalls etc, but this worked out. We didn't realise that we wanted a place to relax for a few days before moving on , very necessary for the first days of a trip

We did not realise how far the hotel was from the town. The taxi back cost us 500bht and just meant we couldn't do what we want too. The pool was very dirty on our first day but when we mentioned it, it was cleaned properly the next morning. The shower didn't stay at a temperature it just kept going too cold.

Restaurant food was good.

Many of the rooms do not have the good view. It's only when your taken to your room that you find out yours is one of them. Appart from that was OK. Can of beer a rudiculiiuse price.

The modern, clean, and functional rooms with a nice view on the surrounding mountains, and very helpful staff!

Pretty much everything. We didn’t expect the hotel to be so good considering the geography of it but were blown away by the quality of the room.

only the landscape, the property is a construction site with dangerous homes, poor maintenance and filthy rooms. Terrible management trying to rip you off, no customer service mentality. they served us raw chicken and even wanted to charge for it

filthy rooms, problems with water and a very unfriendly receptionist who tries just to get your money. this hotel is doomed to go under with this mentality and it is a shame because it seemed to have been set up with love and dedication but is reaching a disastrous stage. Badly maintained pool with rotten chairs, no railings around so highly dangerous for kids. the family room lacks the sofa beds. For the money paid you expect something better.First time in Thailand I was also not offered water in a transfer van.

Thé facilities wasn’t the best

surrounding nature is great. rooms are spacious and clean.

Receptionist was very mean, did not even give a glass of water to my daughter, we just did not want to go to our room (need to clim up). Each time we approach her to ask something she was not willing to help. Really did not like her attitude to us.

very unfriendly staff and not welcoming upon arrival. borderline rude actually. maintenance lacking on facilities with peeling paint, dirty tile by pool which was full of leaves and steps with rotten wood.
