Perfect place to stay while in Pagosa Springs. Highly recommend.

Great location! Fell asleep listening to the river with bedroom window open. Walk along river trail to resorts and restaurants. Lots of outdoor space in the condo. Condo was equipped with everything we needed. Host very responsive to communications. Loved our stay.

There was easy access to everything down town. I could fish right out back. There was a hiking trail that started right next to the property. Just wish I had brought my tube to use in the river.

What a great condo with wonderful view of the San Juan River and wetlands across the way...just a short walk or drive to the downtown area. Comfortable furnishings, great beds and air conditioning! We were there for a couple of hot days and appreciated that! Parking in the garage was another plus. Great communication with the owner. We hope to rent this condo again when we're next in Pagosa Springs.

Great place to stay while you explore the area. Clean, well-appointed condo right on the river. Beth seems to have thought of everything you would need to have a convenient and comfy stay. The huge tandem garage is a nice bonus, if you have 2 vehicles.

We really enjoyed staying at the Riverview! It started off with the property manager Beth. She really took care of things for us to get things going in the right direction.
We wanted a nice place to relax and enjoy. This place was perfect! We were able to sit on the balcony and just listen to the river. That was so relaxing. The location is perfect. It’s not in a busy or congested area. Which means it offers peace and quiet. It’s just a short drive or walk to anywhere you need to go in pagosa. I highly recommend the Riverview for a really nice place to stay that offers everything you need for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

This property is clean, convenient, and exactly as advertised. It has everything you need with 2 gas fireplaces (unexpected bonus). It’s only a 5 minute walk into town but be careful making the journey at night (there is no sidewalk). Would come back.

This was a great place to stay. The cleanliness was very important for me because i have a 4 year old that gets into every thing. I would recommend this place and plan on staying again. Everything was close enough for walking.

This condo was exactly as described.. literally could have fished from the deck if I tried. Kitchen was well equipped, Beth was available to answer questions right away. Would definitely come back !

This condo is ideally suited for simply sitting out with a pair of binoculars and watching birds along the river and in the wetlands reserve across the river and as a base for all sorts of outdoor recreation. There are walks along the river right out the door and it is a short drive to local trails. You can also walk into town. The views of the mountains are stunning.
It is immaculately clean, the kitchen well equipped, and you can park in the garage, which is handy for unloading should the weather be wet.
Beth was incredibly warm and helpful, she also has a great sense of humor.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. House was well equipped for family of four.
Loved having the garage to park out of the snow and unload our skis. Getting up the driveway was a little treacherous when it was icy but otherwise it was easy to access despite the tight appearance.
There’s a lot of stairs so if that is an issue for you beware. They cannot be avoided. That said it is only an issue if there are mobility challenges.
I was very happy with the responsiveness of the host. We had a minor issue with plumbing and it was quickly resolved so that there was no impact to us.
Some other highlights. The views of the river are great. Nice to listen to at night. If you want it be close to downtown the you will love the location. House is comfortable, clean and lots of extra T.P.; which is uncommon. Good kitchen with everything you need.
Overall, this is a great place to stay in Pagosa and Beth is an attentive host!!!

This condo had everything we needed for the week! Very spacious main level and we didn’t feel crowded. Bedrooms were perfect with both having attached bathrooms. The garage was perfect and having the washer and dryer was a huge plus! Beth provided excellent communication before and during our stay! Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Pagosa Springs!

We had a great time at this property and in the town of Pagosa. The property was in great shape and had everything we needed. There was an amazing view of the river right outside and the mountains just beyond town. We'll definitely be coming back.

This is a very cute condo in a quiet neighborhood, right on top of the San Juan River. Cool view of the hot springs and mountains across the way over the river and a field.
The condo is comfortable. The heat situation in the bunk room was a little hard to get under control, but it was fine. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had on how to use the heating unit in the room.

Communication with the owner was great. Condo was quiet and well stocked for any type of situation. Balcony overlooks the river and peaceful nature walking trail. Condo is about a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Location is great. When we go to Pagosa again we will not hesitate to book this condo again.

Beautiful property with very nice amenities. So close to everything whether you're walking or biking. You will enjoy the back deck as the San Juan River runs behind it. You can't go wrong renting this very clean townhome

We had a great trip and the condo worked well for us. It is a nice, clean place to stay and the view off the back porch was amazing. It was during a heat wave, so the air conditioners in the bedrooms were much needed. Although they didn’t cool the entire condo, running fans seemed to help during the heat of the day. Beth was always quick to respond with any questions.

The location is perfect right on the San Juan river and backing to the conservancy. Such great views. The property is lovely, nicely furnished, well maintained, and quite comfortable. We stayed a week and wished we had stayed longer.
