My colleagues and I traveled from Kansas City to Atlanta for a convention at the Cobb Galleria. We knew we wanted a place that was a little removed from the convention center, but not too far away or where we had to deal with a lot of traffic. This rental was perfect for my team and had everything that we needed. The house is very appointed, and you can tell that the owners put a lot of pride into their property. The house was stocked with all of the essential, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space to hang out and unwind after a long day of conferences. if we find ourselves back at the same convention next year, we will definitely book this space again!

It was a ladies trip, chose this house for the amount of beds/rooms for us and we truly enjoyed it, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, everything we needed was available. Nice drive in and many things near by to go eat, shop and do. We didn’t get to do the fire pit in the beautiful backyard, ran out of time. Next Time!

Well kept & clean, almost spartan. Appreciated having ceiling fans in bedrooms. Fat, firm bed pillows. We missed having bedside lamps. Overall, a good experience. We are grateful for having such pleasant accommodations less than 2 miles walk from the ball park. The neighborhood feels safe for walking. We parked at the house and strolled to the games and the grocery. Nam Dae Mun Farmers Market (Supermarket) is at the end of the street which is handy if preparing food.

We had a great time. The house was close to everything we wanted to do. It was stocked with all the necessary things. It was very comfortable and accommodating to our group. Chris was always quick to answer.

The house was great. Quiet streeet, cleaners were wrapping up when we arrived so it was spotless. Plenty of space for the five of us. Would happily book again on a return visit.

Overall, this property delivered exactly what the listing said it would. The house felt very spacious even though it wasn't big. Lots of open space and not cluttered with too much stuff, which helped accommodate our family of 8. The location was great...easy access to major roadways, to Truist Park, plenty of shopping and eating options nearby, etc. The neighborhood is older, but felt safe and looked well-kept. Cleanliness is very important to me and the home was very clean when we arrived. Owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

This was the perfect house for our trip. Lots of space so the family could enjoy time together without feeling confined. Plenty of bathrooms to get ready and minutes from the Braves stadium and the Battery. Home is exactly as described. Would definitely recommend.

A group of my girl friends stayed at the house to attend a craft conference at the Cobb Center. The location of the house was perfect. The only complaints we had was the shower curtain in downstairs bathroom would randomly fall.

The house was exactly as describe. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, and perfect location for us. Close to the hall park and all of the restaurants around it. Easy access to 285 and 75. Everything we needed!

A group of my friends and I met in Atlanta to attend a Braves baseball game. This house accommodated for 5 of us very comfortably and was quite close to the Truist Park. It is also a very easy drive into downtown. The house has 5 beds and was the perfect size for our group. It was very clean and well provisioned. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

It was exactly what we were looking for in our stay. In town for a baseball tournament. Nice space inside and quiet neighborhood outside. Close to stores.

We had baseball tournaments all over Metro Atlanta and this was a nice home base for the parents & boys

Big house at 20km from Atlanta. Nice size bedrooms. I would add some nightstands and some lights in them. It was really nice to look out throw the Windows and see squirls and tres around the house

Chris was a wonderful host and Betsy responsive with questions. We were in town for a baseball tournament and communicated with him that we would the team over and he was very understanding. Wished the property had a grill when we showed up, but it does now!! Great location and space for a couple of families and teammates.

House was laid out and done really well. Very clean and welcoming. Location is a bit further from Braves stadium than portrayed in listing, but still close enough to get a cheap uber to and from the stadium. Would recommend if in town to see a Braves game for sure.

We had a great ATL vacation. The location is perfect. It IS walkable to Truist stadium, but we chose to drive and park because it was hot and I wasn’t excited about marching 3 teenagers down Spring Rd for 35 minutes of complaining. The property is great: clean, efficient and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It’s close to Smyrna Village and Cumberland as well so there’s no shortage of places to eat whether you want Waffle House or upscale fine dining. Publix is less than a mile away. Target is right around the corner. We spent time 15 minutes away in Marietta with friends and took a short hike at Kennesaw Mtn which is a great break from the city and traffic. Driving into Atlanta was easy. Well. As easy as driving into Atlanta can be. The aquarium is a must for any visit, and we had a lot of fun at the Battery before and after the Braves game. The property manager and owner were very communicative. We didn’t have any problems, but I’m sure they would have been on top of it if something had come up. Bring bug spray for the fire pit. It’s Georgia.

Overall the stay was very nice. There was difficulty getting the door unlocked because of a security measure that wasn't communicated but had no issues once that was figured out! Local contact was very quick in responding to my needs. We picked this location in hopes of walking to the Braves stadium. It's realistically a 40 minute walk and we ended up driving. It's very close to interstate access and gas/grocery stores.
