Everything was clean and well furnished, the pool was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than I expected, and had lots of options. Over all I would stay here again and I would recommend to others.

Staff was nice anything we ask for they provided also helped us with Directions.

My room was located across from the prep area for the kitchen and ice maker. I was awakened both mornings by 5:30am

I made a reservation in January and paid in full in order to be with our child who was on a school trip in May. But when we got there, they said our room was cancelled. I made the reservation 5 months in advance. They basically said if a larger group came after our reservation it went to them. So they separated our family. A child in one place with her school and the rest of her family sent to another hotel. Never been treated like this before. They tried to make amends by booking us in another hotel with an upgrade. But that didn’t fix separating a family in an unfamiliar city.

The breakfast was excellent and there were so many great options. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was friendly upon and departing our arrival.
