The room was really clean and spacious. I enjoyed the time there.

I think the wall is kind of thin so you can hear the TV noise coming from next door easily or people walking by the hall way.

The room was in perfect condition. I liked the sliding door and everything was neat and clean.

It was a little off the road in the back of things.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was conveniently located to restaurants and stores.

They were a few bugs in our rooms.

I was disappointed in the fact the wi-fi/internet didn’t work most of the day yesterday Saturday for College football. I couldn’t even watch it on my laptop . I received a call at 11:15 starting my check out time was 12:00 honestly I didn’t need that reminder. I found it to be rather rude .

It's a fairly new hotel in a great location to get to the place I was visiting. Room is fine, with nice bathroom and all is good. As there is no restaurant, you are given a list of local food providers (there are plenty) and I ended up ordering an Uber Eats. Free parking and free WiFi.

The breakfast was poor. I'm from the UK and expect some sort of attempt at a cooked breakfast. We got warm breakfast baps, bit like a McMuffin but worse - bland and not very good. It's just a shame that such a new hotel can provide such poor catering (I stayed at another hotel and they did scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles and a better selection). Come on Marriott - us Europeans want a better standard of food.
