We stayed a few days here and our family came in from Orlando for a quick few days together. This place is perfect for families with kids or just adults. It’s the most well appointed place we have ever stayed. It’s roomy and big enough for all. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery store close a d a quick drive to the beach. We went to Madeira Beach and I dian Rocks. We had cute ducks that visited the spacious backyard and pool. It was relaxing. We loved it.

After another VRBO Reservation was canceled the day of, Mike and his Wife went above and beyond to help us make a last minute reservation and it was perfect! How is beautiful, has everything you need, pool and hot tub were stunning! Thank you !!!

DO NOT RENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!! I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend with me and 9 of my friends. We got there on Thursday evening, were inside by 9:30pm to respect the neighbors and by 9am Friday morning our reservation was cancelled via text message threatening us to leave the house stating that we had too many people in the house and that they’ve been watching us on camera. After texting with the host Tiffany, she stated “My neighbor reported it to the city and I do not have a choice my hands are tied. The city has a zero tolerance I cannot do anything about this” We spoke to the neighbor who was outside documenting another guest leaving the house unhappy and we found out that everything Tiffany said was false. That Tiffany is a repeat offender of similar situations- broken AC that isn’t fixed, dirty pool, etc- and she has done this to 6 other individuals who have rented the property. On Sunday, the neighbor reached out to let us know they they had new renters already today- the day we were supposed to be checking out. We were told Tiffany has been a horrible host with the property to use for her own people with over 25 guests who disrespect the neighbors so bad that they did call the city on her- not on us. The morning before we arrive, code enforcement officers were there threatening her that they would shut her down. Neighbors updated that the pool guy comes out 3-4 times a week due to level of bacteria so high and the pool turning green. He was there Thursday and back again Sunday because it was already green. Cancel your reservation and save yourself a ruined weekend!!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family reunion of 10. Plenty of room, centrally located to all we wanted to do.

Hands down Tiffany was super helpful and fast at communicating. However the people maintaining the home is not doing their job. Disappointed at the fact I rented a house with a pool and couldn’t use it all week. The pool was full of algae and green all week long. That was the biggest let down especially since we paid extra to have a pool. However when the hvac stopped working the host had someone out there the same night to fix the unit. The layout and amount of bedrooms worked perfect for our large family. The beach wasn’t as close as we thought and renting a golf cart for this area is useless. We enjoyed St. Pete beach more then any area and that was about a 30/40min drive.

We had a great stay. The property was perfect for our family. It was spacious and very close to the beach, restaurant's, and shopping. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had such a great visit to Tiffany's property! The house was a perfect fit for me and my family. It was clean, well maintained and centrally located (close to restaurants, beaches and shopping) Literally, had everything we needed - from beach towels, chairs, BBQ grill and everything you would need in the kitchen. Tiffany was very responsive - answered all questions in a timely manner and was very easy to work with. We had the BEST time here and everyone loved it - from the kids all the way to the adults!

Nice rental, tons of room for two families of 5. Quick access to beaches and restaurants. Full kitchen with basics to cook breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool and shuffleboard table. The price was right - all the amenities in a quiet neighborhood - no complaints other than bathrooms could use a facelift.

This house is fabulous, stocked with everything you need. BBQ grill, pool, plenty of beach towels and everything you might need in the kitchen. Plenty of space both indoors and out, the location is close to everything. Beaches are just minutes away, easy access to stores, attractions and restaurants. Owner was easily accessible and answered any questiomns we had promptly. We loved this rental.

We had a fantastic experience at this property! Tiffany provided anything you could imagine (beach chairs, extra blankets, pool floaties, etc) and was very responsive to communication, the location of the house was wonderful in proximity to beaches, stores, shopping and activities, and the pool area was clean and nicely arranged, with the exception of not much shade, but we didn't mind. We unfortunately visited during a cooler snap, so the pool was a bit chilly for the kids, but not a fault of the property, just our bad luck! We bought wetsuits and still spent hours every day swimming! We definitely hope to stay again!

The house had a lot of necessities. The laundry room was a plus, the kitchen was stocked, the linens were clean and several towels were provided. The home was clean and the backyard was beautiful. Easy and traffic free drive across the bridge to beach access in 5 minutes. Owner was available and quick on responding.

Wonderful home with all the amenities. Enjoyed the pool every day. Plenty of room for all.

We had an amazing beach Christmas this year thanks to our stay here. I had great communication with Tiffany and she got back to me with answers the same day. We were 2 families with 5 kids from ages 2-8. The house had plenty of space to spread out and lots of bedrooms for sleeping, very comfortable. The house looks like it had been recently updated and was very clean. Our host left us a ton on spices, condiments and snacks so we hardly had to leave to get things that we forgot to buy since the basics plus more were already there. It was a bit cold to swim in the pool for December, but still the kids waded around and the fire pit was great for making s’mores. I highly recommend staying here, it was wonderful - thank you!

Dealing with property owner was a negative experience I've never had before in my years of using VRBO for our vacations.

We are a family with 4 grown adult sons vacationing with them and their wives and fiance's. The house has just the right amount of space to be together and also not be on top of each other. The house was super clean and ready when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the pool and it was great!! The location is close to everything - grocery, beaches, restaurants. Tiffany is a great host. Very helpful and excellent communication. If we ever visit this area again we would stay here for sure!!

Tiffany was an excellent host and this property was the perfect rental for our vacation. She was very responsive and friendly. This is a beautiful home. We were 2 families staying there and it was a perfect size for us. The house was stocked with everything we needed (towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, even a beach umbrella!) The pool was a great size and a popular hangout every day of our vacation. The yard was way bigger than expected and so cute. The rooms are so spacious and probably the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. We even googled mattress toppers when we woke up 😂. We had a minor plumbing issue and it was taken care of immediately and we really appreciated that. There’s also TVs in almost every room which was great when we needed some downtime. The house is very conveniently located. Everything we needed was a short drive away. (Walmart 20 mins, Publix just a few blocks, and lots of places to eat nearby) We spent a lot of time in Clearwater since the ocean wasn’t as clean in Indian Shores (lots of dead fish) but the 20-30 min drive there was beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation and couldn’t have chosen a better rental!

Tiffany was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. The house had plenty of room for our family of 8, we loved the pool and the location was fairly easy to visit a few different beaches. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet.

Great for a large family. The pool is a nice touch. We had a few maintenance issues that were dealt with promptly. Neighbors aren't very friendly but management warns of this. Overall a great experience.

It was just me, my husband and our toddler. Enjoyed our stay here. The house was big with a lot of open space. The pool is very nice and super convenient with my 1 year old.The kitchen is stocked even though we didn’t really do any cooking. I couldn’t find a pizza cutter or scissors. There are beach towels available also. The owner did a good job to have items there incase you forgot a few things. The closest beach access is at 8th street (for parking) which is just a 5min drive. Indian Rocks is more of a locals area and I liked that. You can take Gulf dr up the coast to Clearwater- about 15min- which will be more touristy. The refrigerator could have been wiped down but other than that the house was very clean. The landscapers came Saturday around noon right as my son was taking a nap and my husband and I were swimming in the pool. It’s was awkward. I told the owner and she said they should have been done Thursday. Not a big deal especially since they didn’t wake up the kid. That was the only hiccup. They were done in like 45min. Overall the stay was great. I would recommend this place and would definitely come back. I love the area and having a private pool was perfect.
