Our family recently enjoyed a stay at this condo and found it to be a great value. The hosts were very communicative, provided all the essentials, and more. The location is perfect for those who want quick and easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up every morning to see the sunrise and activity on the beach. Parking was conveniently located on premise and many stores and restaurants within a short distance. Check-in and check-out were both very simple and the hosts did a great job of providing all necessary information to make our stay simple and enjoyable. We definitely recommend this property and will be sure to stay here again when we visit Virginia Beach next.

Perfect location and ocean front! Very clean, beds were super comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Can walk to everything. Hosts were great! Really enjoyed our get away and will be back.

I stayed with my 3 daughters. The condo was just as pictured and the hosts were very responsive. Check in was super simple!! The location was perfect…also nice as tucked at the end of the boardwalk so less foot and vehicle traffic than other areas close by. There is food and shopping within walking distance.

Spent the week here, Me and my husband and my parents who are eighty eight and eighty nine. Condo very clean and had all supplies that we needed. The view is great from both bedrooms and the living room, We saw dolphins every day! I would highly recommend Staying at this condo.

We were very happy with the property, it was very spacious and they had utilised the space very well. We particularly loved the lounge and the views from all the windows were amazing. The lighting of the property was very good.

We had a long weekend away and it was great! The place was beautiful and I really enjoyed the fireplace on the cold December evenings.

The condo is everything that the pictures indicate. The facility amenities are great. There are at least six to ten restaurants within walking distance of the facility. I looked at other condos for rent in the building and compared to this one. Ron did a great decorating job. My one complaint about the condo was there was a constant humming noise coming from some where in the building that never stopped and never varied in pitch. Building maintenance could not fix the problem.

Appeared to be recently remodeled and professionally decorated. Highly recommend!

You don't even have to get out of bed to see the sunrise! This was a very nice condo. We visited in mid September, not too crowded. Nice location! The view is outstanding. You hear nothing but the waves of the ocean being on the 11th floor. They have carts to help you unload and load your car. Easy to deal with owners. Kitchen stocked with all you need. Only one parking space, friends had to pay for parking. Decorated nicely! Was very relaxing! We will be back.

Property was exactly that way it looks on site, clean, everything you need for your stay. Im not always comfortable in hotels but i was very comfortable!

This is a great condo to help get away from it all! The pictures are accurate and the cleanliness could not have been better. The owners were very attentive to messages with quick responses. Check-in was so simple. This was a very last minute trip (booked on Friday night to arrive the following Monday) but that was not an issue as the owners made sure we had all of the information we needed in a timely fashion. You’re just steps away from the beach and the ocean views from the living room and bedroom did not disappoint!

Ron and Marian really have thought of every detail in this wonderful condo. It's modern, comfortable, and has all of the amenities you need including USB charging ports and plenty of electrical outlets near the bed. The modern decor and amenities made this a very welcoming place for my wife and I to take a long weekend. And the place was absolutely spotless for our arrival. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows and the shower had real, actual water pressure (amazing). Check-in was super simple and Ron was Johnny-on-the-spot with any questions we had. I cannot rate this rental highly enough. We'll definitely be back!

This property is exactly what the pictures and description provide. Perfect location, incredibly clean, just lovely. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 boys (18, 12, & 8) and we didn't want to leave. Book this property, you will not regret it!

We stayed to celebrate my daughter’s 16 birthday with a couple of friends. The condo is very updated and layout was great to give teens and adults private space. Nice location at the south end of the boardwalk.

We got tobspend time with our daughter and her family. The condo was the perfect place to have Christmas and spend time together.

The condo was just right for me and my friend who needed to get away for a few days after the holidays. The condo is modern and beautiful - photos are accurate. Kitchen was well supplied, although we didn't do much cooking. The location can't be beat - from the balcony we were able to watch boats come and go from Rudee Inlet, surfers, and dolphins. Sunrises were spectacular. Easy access to beach and boardwalk. Beach is beautiful - wide, white sand, flat and so easily accessible. Owners were easy to get in touch with and very responsive to questions. Everything was perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect! The ocean view was breathtaking, condo was exactly as pictured, amenities were excellent (we needed cookware, Keurig, dishes etc.) which were provided), location was excellent - walking distance from restaurants and shops... We will be back in the summer!

Lovely ~ so warm & inviting. The personal touches and the thought that went into the decor just really put this property above the rest. My sister & I went to celebrate our Christmas birthdays and it was so rewarding (to me) for her to walk in/wake up/stop for a moment and genuinely love my choice & this home. The views are spectacular ~ we thoroughly enjoyed watching dolphins & surfers during the day/walking on the beach AND the Christmas lights on the boardwalk were so beautiful at night. Convenient location & walking distance to so many shops/restaurants/services. Our hosts made sure the home was fully stocked with everything we could need & were quick in responding to any questions. While the December temps dipped, we were so warm/cozy/at home in this property. Thank you Ron & Marian Irving for a wonderful sisters trip!
