Das Hotel war relativ neu

Das Check-in war eine Massenabfertigung mit langer Wartezeit. Ohne jegliche Infos wurden wir zum Aufzug geschickt. Poollandschaft praktisch ohne Sonnenschirme bei ca. 45 Grad Hitze. Mann konnte einen Schirm teuer mieten, 50 US Dollar pro Person. Das mitbringen von Essen und Trinken am Pool war verboten. Taschen kontrolle am Eingang wie erniedrigend war denn das bitte. Auf dem Zimmer befand sich kein gratis Wasser geschweige denn Gratis Kaffee. Achtung bei Snacks und Getränke die man länger als 30 Sek. in der Hand hatte wurde verrechnet obwohl man es nicht konsumiert hat. So etwas haben wir in all den 5 Sterne Hotels, die wir bis heute übernachtet hatten, noch nie erlebt. Housekeeping lässt zu wünschen übrig, wir als Gast mussten jemand aufbieten.

A estrutura do hotel é fantástica. Poderíamos ir a Las Vegas e nem mesmo sair do hotel, aproveitando as suas muitas piscinas, restaurantes, cassino, shopping interno, academia e atrações próximas. O quarto é muito confortável e com uma vista bonita da Strip.

Para que a hospedagem fosse melhor, acredito que o hotel poderia repensar a possibilidade de liberar as saunas gratuitamente aos hóspedes. Além disso, o shopping interno poderia ter mais opções de grandes lojas. Por fim, um problema é a dificuldade de acesso a outros cassinos próximos, pelo fato de o hotel estar localizado um pouco mais ao Norte da Strip. Colocar uma estrutura de transfer para locais próximos apoiaria muito.

Modernissima , pulita e non troppo affollata come le altre della strip. Piscina pulita e non caotica. Porta anche fortuna nel gioco!!!

La posizione è l’unica pecca , bisogna muoversi con Taxi , Uber e Lift.

Die Poollandschaft war sehr schön gegenüber anderen Hotels. Leider hat es für die normalen Leute fast keinen Schatten. Man muss sich den Schatten teuer erkaufen. Wir waren bisher eher am anderen Ende des Strips. Von daher fanden wir die Lage ganz ok. Etwas weg vom Trouble. Wenn der Ärger mit dem Abbuchen des Zimmers nicht gewesen wäre, würden wir deutlich positiver auf unseren Aufenthalt zurückschauen.

Der Hotelpreis wurde uns doppelt berechnet, obwohl man beim Check-in bereits darauf hingewiesen hat, dass das Zimmer über booking.com bezahlt worden sei. Dann wurde einem etwas aus der Minibar verrechnet, obwohl wir weder Minibar noch Snacks angefasst haben. Man musste mehrmals beim Hotel reklamieren und dann warten, bis das Geld einem wieder gutgeschrieben wurde. Auch die Sicherheitsabbuchung auf der Kreditkarte von 1'010.00 Dolllar ist deutlich höher als bei anderen Hotels.

In un Hotel a 4 stelle ti aspetteresti un personale estremamente gentile e che sappia comunicare come si deve, non è stato cosi, alle mie domande e richieste hanno sempre risposto con aria stufata e stranita. Il primo giorno arriviamo in camera e gia non c’era il bagnoschiuma, torniamo in camera il giorno dopo e nonostante avevano rifatto la stanza, nuovamente non c’era, e l’abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Chiedo in reception se ci fosse un servizio lavanderia per lavare le scarpe e mi mandano in camera dicendo di leggere la lista che avrei trovato nell’armadio, le scarpe nella lista non c’erano, chiamo la reception, non rispondono dopo tanto tempo quindi decido di andare giu. Mi viene detto che non lavano le scarpe, senza aggiungere altro mi dicono semplicemente “sorry”. Non hanno provato ad agevolare la mia richiesta visto che avevo avuto un problema e avevo bisogno di lavarle, non si sono interessati di indicarmi una lavanderia o una qualsiasi altra soluzione. Zero interesse nei confronti delle esigenze dei clienti. Il servizio bar della piscina è stato molto lento, in piscina non c’è un posto all’ombra se non quelli riservati e in un posto così caldo è assurdo che ci siano pochissimi ombrelloni. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati, ma le lenzuola no, avevo le lenzuola macchiate e cosi sono rimaste. Come ciliegina sulla torta, mi dicono che mi invieranno la ricevuta del soggiorno via mail, quindi vado via, Fortunatamente prima di lasciare Las Vegas controllo le email e trovo la ricevuta dove mi era stata addebitata un acqua Fiji mai presa, sono dovuta tornare indietro e chiedere di correggere l’errore. Per portare quel nome e quelle stelle forse dovrebbero aggiustare un po’ di cose, a partire dal personale!

We were upgraded to the Crockford which was great. The swimming pools were outstanding.

We were upgraded to the Conrad so I cannot speak to the Hilton. For the Conrad , the room was very nice , especially the bathroom with the very large walk in shower! The hotel is very clean and modern and the staff we met were all very good!

Resorts World is a bit far down the strip to walk to the main part of the strip especially in the hotter months, so cab/ride share became expensive. The onsite restaurants were very pricey.

Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer.

Für den aufgerufenen Preis insgesamt enttäuschend. Auf den Bildern wird mit einer großen Poolanlage (u.a. Infinitypool zum Strip) geworden. Die Pools sind teilweise nur gegen ein zusätzliches Entgelt zu benutzen bzw. Gästen anderer Hotels in der Resortworld vorbehalten. Dafür ist die restliche Poolanlage doch recht klein und zum Teil vollgestellt. Bevor betreten der Anlage werden die Taschen kontrolliert, lediglich Wasser darf mit in die Pooanlage genommen werden. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar ganz gut ausgestattet, schließt aber jeden Abend um 20h. Zum eigentlichen Strip ist es noch ein ganzes Stück. Insgesamt leider enttäuschend, wir haben mehr erwartet.

Würde mir nichts einfallen

El hotel es moderno, está situado en la zona de reciente desarrollo de Las Vegas, sobre el Strip, a 5 cuadras del centro de actividades del strip. Tiene un bello edificio y hermosa vista! Las piscinas son magníficas y la oferta de restaurantes y bares en el Distrito invitan al descanso y a salir solo en la tarde noche de shopping o a espectáculos. El casino muy bueno y de buen ambiente. El personal amable.

- La habitación, para la tarifa pagada, es pequeña, pero confortable. Solo hay un soporte para colocar el equipaje. - No hay amenities de ninguna clase. Solo por demanda. Pedi un gorro de baño y nunca llego. - No hay room service para alimentos. - Dado que suprimieron la consejería con personas de carne y hueso y la reemplazaron por un call center, a veces dificulta hacer preguntas a inquietudes. La ruta de ese call center es un poco tortuosa para lograr hablar con alguien. - OJo con el minibar sistematizado! no se puede levantar ningun elemento sin que lo cobren. Yo ya lo sabía pero es bueno recordarlo.

Lokalizacja, blisko do głównej ulicy LV, jednak do samego ścisłego centrum jest jeszcze 2km. Super basen. Czysto w pokoju. Szeroka oferta kanałów telewizyjnych. Widok z wysokich poziomów.

Brak odpowiedniej ilości ręczników w stosunku do ilości gości, brak wody, tylko płatna z barku.

I didn't have breakfast at the property so I can't say. The property itself was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

I really couldn't think of anything I didn't like about the property.
