The best sleep we’ve ever had outside of our own beds! Beautiful updates, elevator was a lifesaver and had all amenities that we could ask for! Dolphin watching was easily done and the beach access and hot tub made our trip! Laura was amazing to work with too! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay had my elder mom the elevator was a life saver. The site’s and sound of the ocean were absolutely amazing, everything was right on point for our stay would definitely do this again.

We had a great time at this property. Everything was very, very clean and worked properly. Kitchen had everything we needed for the cooking that we did. The hot tub on the top floor gave a great view of the ocean, while still providing some quiet and privacy. Laura was great with the check-in and overall communication. We were here for a wedding, but if we ever come back to Top Sail for pleasure, I'd love to stay here again.

The owners were immediate in communicating with me any time I had a question. The house was extremely clean and it was obvious the owners take pride in ensuring their guests have a comfortable stay. My siblings & I loved the location & the elevator was a nice bonus in hauling our luggage & groceries to the main living space. The view from all the decks was amazing & my siblings who snagged the oceanside rooms felt spoiled. I took the soundside room which was just fine for me & my service dog. I love Topsail Island & the north side where we stayed is the place to be if you want a place that’s a little less congested. Laura & Keith’s place is perfect for adults & families with a dog who loves the beach,

Very nice house with comfortable beds, wonderful porches that look right out onto the beach. Very quiet beach that was not crowded. Great for family vacation with kids and babies. Walkway to the beach needs work.

We had a super vacation! The owners were friendly and responsive to any questions or needs. This house was perfect for our family! Large family room for gathering and meals, yet plenty of private spaces for quiet time. 4 bedrooms face the ocean with walk out porches! Beautiful views of the beach! And an amazingly perfect beach! Even saw turtle tracks/nest on the done one morning! Beach chairs and umbrella/ shade tent were provided! Thank you Laura and Keith you were excellent Hosts!

We had a great stay, the house was great and everything worked as expected. Location and short walk to the beach were a plus. The elevator which stops on every floor was a life saver. The house is on a dead-end street, so very little traffic. Views from the top floor and the hot tub are spectacular as the surrounding houses do not block the view. Pictures are very recent and property was exactly as described except the trundle bed was replaced with a bunk bed just before we arrived. Wasn't a problem for our party though. I also met Laura the owner as she came by with a contractor to replace the ceiling fan above the new bunk bed with a normal light. She was very nice and gave us plenty of notice and made sure that it would not interrupt our stay. Although we came more than prepared, if we had forgotten anything, there were plenty of supplies and essentials for the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as several items for the beach down below. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water was also very nice to have.

This beach house was everything we needed and wanted. It has an elevator and allowed dogs (which was a necessity for our stay). Everything was clean upon our arrival as well as decorated for Thanksgiving (our host knew we were celebrating our Thanksgiving there). The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving dinner as well as anything else you would need. There are beautiful views from all 3 levels and the top 2 are above the surrounding homes so we really felt like we were on top of the world. We watched numerous dolphins feeding every morning (as well as the birds). The hot tub on the 3rd deck was AMAZING (even during this time of year)!!! The beds and bedding were comfortable and we slept well every night. Additional blankets were also supplied in every room and also in the living room. We were able to incorporate our 93 year old grandmother who can no longer walk on our vacation and that was a major plus. Laura and Keith are super hosts!! They provide their cell phone numbers and respond very quickly (even to the silliest request because I don't know how to read the house book before asking questions like "what is the wifi password" when it was right there). None of us had any complaints about the beach house and definitely plan to return.

Perfect location for beach weekend with family!

Keith and Laura were wonderful hosts. Property was clean, well stocked, view for days, and perfect for our quick family getaway. There was an elevator for convenience, but I opted to use the stairs…what a workout. Living area was on the very top floor which allowed for spectacular views. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was beautiful but most important, CLEAN. Having an elevator to help transport luggage to other floors was very helpful. The owner responded VERY quickly to a couple questions I had upon arrival. The location was perfect and plan to go back. We will definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location right on the beach. The accommodations were adequate but could have had more comfortable seating on the upper level as well as more pots and pans in the kitchen. Also could have been cleaner. But all in all we enjoyed our stay with our family

Everything went smoothly and the listing was just as described! The host was super friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with!

Owner was super responsive to my questions. Great outdoor shower. The house worked really well for our group but is probably not a great place for people with young children.
