We were eight senior adults (60+) staying at this property in January 2024, and it did not disappoint. The home is just as pictured: absolutely beautiful, in pristine condition, and with views you just can't beat. Giusy was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We were welcomed with champagne, cheese, fruit, coffee cake, and more. Two cleanings were included in our stay, and they left the place immaculate each time. Highly recommend -- the pool wasn't open for us (January), but if it had been we probably never would have left the property! Only negative would be the narrowness of the long drive into the property -- anything larger than a mid-size car will NOT fit, and even that was tough to maneuver. Thanks for everything, Giusy!

This home exceeded our expectations! The views were spectacular, and the hospitality from our host was exceptional. Lucio organized dinner for us with a shuttle to/from the restaurant and was able to organize other arrangements as well. The pool and amazing vegetable garden were highlights that made the stay such a memorable experience.

Property is New and fresh with a wonderful view, great rooms and bads. Property manager Lucio is superb and will take care of all situations. The last bit of road to the house is very narrow so so not rent a super size SUV or come here in your Ferrari, it just wont work. Most restaurants will have a free shuttle service to the Villa, also delivery of food and Breakfast. We had a small car which was convinient for smaller tours.

The house and property is absolutely beautiful. The communication with Lucio before we arrived at the property was very easy, and he also met us at the local grocery store so we could purchase supplies for the house. We followed him to the house and when the front gates opened, we were speechless. Lucio walked us throughout the house and outside showing us everything we would need to know while staying at the property, which was very, very helpful. The house has everything imaginable for a wonderful stay. All bedrooms had queens beds with master bathrooms. Heaven!!!! The pool area is amazing. The pool and the view from the pool is unbelievable. We made dinner at the outdoor kitchen and dinner at the huge table. They have everything imaginable in the outdoor kitchen. There is an electric awning that comes out if you are dining when it's sunny. They thought of everything imaginable to make it comfortable. Donnalora (I hoped I spelled his correctly) came everyday to handle all cleaning, inside and outside, and everything is immaculate. She is such a sweetheart and and helpful. Lucio is so nice and very helpful. He brought fresh tomatoes from his garden for us to enjoy. They were the best tomatoes I had eaten, and brought back good memories of when my mom planted a garden every year and we had fresh tomatoes. The location of the house is ideal to all towns you would want to visit, and there are plenty of restaurants in close proximity. Lucio is very helpful in providing information on restaurants, and goes of his way to help in making your stay joyful. I will definitely return to Villa Ligea but with a longer stay to enjoy the property. Do yourself a favor and stay at Villa Ligea. You will NOT be sorry.
