The shower was really great. One of the best we've had on our trip. Having a washing machine and dryer was also very helpful. The owner has started to renovate, which is great. The lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom have been renovated and are nice.

First impressions matter. The place was marketed as "Modern on McKenzie". It was not. We thought we had the wrong address when we saw the property. There were tired chairs and a scruffy couch on the deck and there was a grubby, torn net curtain in the bedroom facing the deck. The house paintwork was tired and the front door looked as if it needed attention. The garden was unkempt. The louvered windows were covered in cobwebs and the bedrooms really needed painting. With a little more attention/ renovation, the place could be much nicer.

Nothing . Terrible to live in

The property is not suitable for accommodation. More suitable for thrill ghost house seekers. Un clean broken furniture bugs and the list go on. The owners won't acknowledge the wrong doing and they to escape the duty of care

cleaned to a poor standard, we even had to unblock the shower waste outlet, dust on window sills etc, flaking paint on walls in bedrooms. only rooms in modern condition were the kitchen living and bathroom. Uncomfortable bed.. Thr land was untidy. long grass, and shabby furniture on deck

Louvered window in bathroom pours in cold air. Beds need an upgrade , one bed squeaks badly. Lock box is difficult to open. No milk in fridge 😕
