We had a great stay at Sanctuary at Thumb Butte! We felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. Truly, this is a turn key vacation place. The kitchen is complete, the linens really nice and it has all the comforts of home. The backyard is peaceful as well. We will be back!

This is a great house for a quick getaway to the pines. It’s perfect for 2 people or 6 people. Remodeled with nice furniture and decor. Fully stocked kitchen and the house has plenty of space. Close to DT Prescott but just enough off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. Darling backyard, we will definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as the pictures and description showed. It was clean and had all the typical household supplies you need if you forget something. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

This was our 3rd or 4th stay here and it was just as great as every other time! This house is definitely a home and is so cozy! We can’t wait to come back!

The communication with Renee was so easy. We were able to take our dogs which was so very nice! They have a fenced yard as well as a doggy door. Huge very well kept yard! There was even dog dishes!
The cleanliness was so very nice!! My mom was so impressed by how very clean everything was. Nothing was broken or dirty or worn out. The interior decorating was so impressive! Renee had it decorated for Christmas and it looked so nice!
Everything was extremely well stocked. Nothing was skimped on. From the silverware to coffee, spices, dishes, etc. Nothing was mismatched or worn out. Toaster, both coffee pots, stand mixer, etc were all top notch! There was even a salad spinner! :-)
The house is very spacious and well laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

I thought I was organized but this is next level scary organized. Can you believe corn cob dishes? The kitchen has everything short of an instant pot or air fryer (and I'm not suggesting they should). Every time I thought "why didn't they supply this or that", I'd turn a corner or open a drawer and there it would be. The back yard is just as comfortable as the home. Not that I've traveled extensively, but this is the most comfortable vacatin rental I have ever stayed at hands down. When people talk about a "Home Away from Home" this is what they're talking about.

We had a great time at this lovely house escaping the heat and experiencing Prescott. My dogs were able to come and hang out in the fully fenced yard.

We had everything we could possibly need. This property is absolutley adorable. All of the amenities that are available for renters was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. I wish i could give it more than 5 stars.

Excellent host and property! House was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! They thought of ever detail! Oh, except pie crust mix for the apples falling from the tree in the backyard! Lol. What fun it was to see all of the apples! Thank you Renee for sharing your beautiful home!

We recently spent five days in this lovely home. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We were close to Whiskey Row, shopping and restaurants. Our two Schnauzers enjoyed playing in the spacious backyard!

Location was fantastic, less than a 5 minute drive to whiskey row and to Thumb Butte. Several lakes are only 15-20 minutes away. House was well appointed and accommodated all 4 of us, as well as the big family dog. This was our first time staying in Prescott and we would not hesitate to come back and stay here again!

The home was absolutely beautiful. Super clean and relaxing. The yard was perfect to hang out and watch the kiddos play. Wow we were so impressed with this property! Even better than advertised. Five adults and two pups stayed for Whiskey 50 Mountain Bike Race so we had a lot of stuff with us-the place was roomy and beautiful and clean and perfect! Thanks Renee!

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Very clean, updated, house. Perfect for our visit to Presott. Thumb Butte Sanctuary was close to many great spots to hike, also clise to downtown. We made some great meals, enjoyed playing games and watched lots of movies together. We didn't want for anything the 5 days we were there.

This property is literally turn key and has the feeling of home. Everything that you could want, it is there! From hooks by the shower, q tips, hair dryers, extra blankets everywhere and every possible appliance that you could want in the kitchen. Clean, homey and the easiest access when you arrive. Simply the best! Our youngest is at ERAU and this was a great location to him and Whiskey Row! We cooked one night and it just felt amazing to have all of us there. While my husband cooked, we were all able to hang out in the front room or at the bar and able to be right there with him! Best VRBO we have used to date! Thank you for an amazing home!

The home was great. One of the best rentals we have stayed in. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Renee was great to work with and let us check in early. The neighborhood was great with beautiful views. The backyard was fully fenced, which was nice. It was well maintained and had beautiful landscaping and flowers. I highly recommend the property and will definitely stay there again. Thanks Eric and Renee.

This home was in immaculate condition and the owners paid close attention to every detail. The living spaces were large and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and modern, and the bedrooms had comfortable beds with lots of closets and drawers for clothing. We really enjoyed the backyard, which was quiet and peaceful with tables and chairs for lounging and having our breakfasts and dinners. If we return to Prescott we will definitely stay here again!

This was a family trip including our puppy. The house was wonderful. There is a doggy door that leads to a beautiful backyard, perfect for the dog and relaxing. The stove has 4 burners and a grill plate for the rainy days, plus many extras that allow cooking for any type of meal. The rooms were cozy with very comfortable beds. Many comfy couches and chairs to sit on and enjoy quiet or family time. Beautifully updated bathrooms Two minutes from downtown/ Whiskey row. The host and hostess add many personal touches that make you feel welcome and add to the home away from home feel. We have found our property to stay at while we are in Prescott.

Wonderful Pines Getaway!
Enjoyed a week long friends and family getaway at this VRBO. Felt right at home with all of the amenities and more. Quiet, immaculate, comfortable and updated home. Great location close to downtown and in a very nice neighborhood providing a nice view of Thumb Butte during morning walks and while relaxing in the lovely backyard. Wonderful, responsive hosts. This place was a gem we will be returning to in the future!

Perfect Prescott Retreat
We stayed at the house for the week of 4th of July with 3 adults and 2 dogs. The space had everything - very well appointed inside and shady and relaxing outside on the lawn with large shade tress as well as a patio and grill. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. The town is fun with lots to see and do. Loved having a carport to keep our car out of the sun too. Great trip.

Feels Like Home
This was our second stay at Sanctuary At The Butte and we just love it. It is close to everything and our 2 small dogs feel at home there especially with the beautiful back yard. We have already booked a return trip for later in the summer.

Memorial Day Baseball Weekend
Renee and Eric are most accommodating hosts. We had everything we needed for our weekend baseball tournament. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close enough to the Square. Newly upgraded bathrooms and open kitchen with all of the details. Lovely backyard for relaxing after a long day. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay in Prescott was enjoyable and comfortable in this house. It was very clean and quiet. Everything was as it said in the description and the pictures were accurate. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
