Our son and his family came down to be with us for the week. They totally enjoyed their stay. Only complaint was block out blind was needed in the bedroom. Loved the extra frig for drinks. Manager host is awesome to work with.

The unit was comfortable with easy access to a beautiful beach. The owner warned us the prior occupants had trouble with ants, but after some additional spraying they were eliminated. The common areas of the property, especially the walkways, were a bit dirty but the unit itself was clean. There was only one beach chair & the garbage disposal & one of the blow dryers didn’t work. It didn’t hamper our visit & the owner indicated they’d address it after we left. We enjoyed our two weeks at Sunset Villas, great location with lots of restaurants & shops nearby. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely recommend it for a week or two for quality beach time!

Overall like the property. Ice cream place was definitely a plus. None of the listed items for the beach were actually in the condo except the cooler. No umbrella or beach chairs. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was a little a small weak drip. Horrible sewer smell from the front bathroom every time the toilet was flushed. Location was the best aspect about this rental.

We had a fantastic time at Sunset Vista. Our room was as described, the extra fridge was a huge bonus! We had room to put extra drinks, bottled water and Ice. Very nice to have. The bartenders at the beach bar were fantastic. We drank the board and got our T-Shirt, which was a lot of fun and we got to try some great drinks. The pools were clean, and we were always able to get chairs. The beach was the closest walk of any of the resorts and was beautiful! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath which was great. One of the bedrooms is very small but we did not spend anymore than sleeping time in there so it was just fine! We even grilled one night, which was fun, we don't even do that at home so it was a nice addition to our vacation! The boardwalk behind the hotels is a must do, we walked it every night. Balcony had a great view of the ocean! Everything was as described. Jordyn and her team were exceptional! They were available to answer any questions we had and even let us check in a little early! Would recommend to anyone!

This place is exactly what we were looking for! What an amazing location, walkable to basically all of Treasure Island. Spacious accommodations, responsive owner, awesome resort style amenities, and the best location on the beach! This place is truly a treasure on Treasure Island! (Bonus: my 16-year-old daughter LOVED that Shake Shop was next door!).

This unit was clean, comfortable and ideally located close to dining and attractions.

Everything was as stated in the ad. Very clean. We would stay here again.

This propery was exactly as advertised and probably the cleanest condo we've ever rented. Jordyn was fantastic with communicating before and during our stay. The complex cafe was delicious and we enjoyed "clearing the board" and getting a free t-shirt at the beachside bar. The beach access was wonderful and the condo was walking distance to St. John's Pass and several restaurants. We loved it!

This property was great for our group of 5. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. The host was great at communicating with me, and the check-in process was easy. Highly recommended!

Not only were we on the beach all week but got to stay at an awesome condo that had all the needs inside and outside the condo. Super easy access to John’s Pass where all the great eats are as well as shopping! The kids loved it!

Condo was perfect for our family vacation. Had good beach toys for the kids and good partial view of the ocean. Love the condo property, pool was great and so close to the beach. Host was beyond accommodating and always answered any questions we had promptly. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay, accommodated the family great. Condo was perfect, clean and cozy. Will be going back for sure. The only thing and maybe I missed if on the posting is, they charge to use the beach towels. I brought my own but others may not.

Beautiful condo! Decor is updated and makes the condo very cozy. Great view of the gulf and beach access! The sleeper sofa has a foam memory like mattress which was extremely comfortable!!! If you are looking for a clean, modern and safe place for your family to vacation, this condo checks all the boxes!!

We had a fun weekend getaway with friends. We enjoyed the condo very much. It was right on the beach and perfect location to plenty of restaurants. I had a question and Jordyn answered me back very quickly. Very happy with communication. I would recommend this condo!

Nice and clean condo with beautiful beach

This is a nice place to stay. It’s dated and has an extra fridge that takes up space with neither having a working ice maker. Can see the beach and very nice location. Real close to johns pass where we spent some time at. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Everything was wonderful except the first night that was a night with no air conditioning. We thought about getting another place to stay but chose to ride it out. It was miserable the first night, and I was surprised that a discount didn’t happen. So I’m giving a 3 star. This is my 3rd time staying at these sunset vistas but this is the first time I’ve delt with this. And having a young child it was awful in the heat.

We loved our stay at this treasure island condo! It has a cafe and bar as well as pool and hot tub. We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Condo clean, location - bar and food services were great. Managers were great and responded to any questions immediately! Only thing (which is no fault of the condo), the rentable chair service on the beach is very unreliable so make sure you go prepared to the beach!

We loved this area. It was so close to restaurants, but beach was not vey crowded. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to go back.

Great location and we had a blast. Ocean view from the room was not that great but honestly we were never really in the room much at all. Everything was great!

Condo is immaculate and upgraded very nicely. Owner was very responsive even though one of my text messages was misleading. Parking spot was difficult to get into because we had a large SUV. View from balcony was very nice. Would definitely stay here again hands down. Thank you for a lovely week.
