We had a great stay! The place was clean, very well stocked, good beds and bathroom's. The balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall, it was great - very clean and had everything we needed. The pool area is quite small so we spent most of our time at the beautiful beach that was very close walking distance.

The condo was a great size for a family of 5 with three young kids close to the beach, shops and ice cream. There were games for the kids and adults to play on a rainy afternoon. Great view of the canal and got to see dolphins from the deck, that was cool. Had lots of beach toys and chairs for everyone.

We have stayed at Captain's Cove for several years, and thoroughly enjoyed our visits The condo has a lovely view of the intercoastal canal. We enjoy having our coffee and also dinner on the deck. We take advantage of the heated pool, and also the short walk to the beach. The condo itself has everything we need for a great vacation.

Clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Great communication with owner and easy check-in. We arrived early and our condo was clean and ready. Location on the waterway was beaufiful and we saw dolphin and manatee. Easy access to the beach right across the road. Four stars given ONLY due to super-tight parking and very loud guests at the neighboring condos (not this complex, but the ones next to it. Obviously not the fault of our owner!) This is a great, economical, clean place to stay in Indian Shores!

We enjoyed our time at Captains cove. The listing is as presented on VRBO. lots of kitchen tools and appliances for whatever you want to make. Its the biggest balcony deck I've ever had. The pool was warm and clean. heading south to the beach is less than 5min walk once out of the parking lot. All the things you need for the beach provided, including towels which not all rentals do. The area includes alot of restaurants within walking distance. If your a paddleboarder, easy access to the intercoastal, and a means to wash sand off your board or anything else. comfy beds too. Just a great stay. thanks for the hospitality!

We had a great stay here! The condo was provided with everything needed for the beach (towels, chairs, beach cart, etc). Tina was very helpful. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a wonderful experience! The condo was very comfortable and clean. The Location was perfect minutes away from Indian shores Beach, which is a true hidden gem! The beach is not very busy which was nice. The condo was furnished with everything we needed for a perfect beach day. There were many things to do within walking distance. However, we did have a car, so we traveled to John's pass a couple times, which was a short drive. Fun place to walk around with many places to shop and eat. We also went to Clearwater beach for the day. Which was also a short drive. This beach was fun but very crowded we definitely preferred Indian Shores beach. We Very much enjoyed our stay. The whole area was very clean and felt very family friendly! We had no problems finding the place and checking in and out was a breeze! Again, it was our first time doing VRBO and everything was perfect! Highly recommend!!

Condo was a described, Clean, Spacious, Quite. comfy beds and stocked with everything you need Beach towels,beach chairs and tarp, bag cooler umbrella and a wagon to pull it the 4min walk to the beach. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Plenty of places to eat and Drink within a couple miles of condo. Already talked of going back again

This condo is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable and it is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation! Check-in and check-out was an effortless and easy process!

We had a great stay here during SB! Condo was packed with all of the essentials (towels, cart, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys) for the beach which was only a short walk away. We enjoyed the local seafood restaurants, afternoon visits to the pool and morning breakfast tea/coffee on the balcony. We love the quiet calmness of this community…a great break away for our family of 5.

This condo was beautiful, well maintained with a gorgeous view of the canal from the balcony. It was an easy walk to the beach and a really nice pool area. It was located in a cute beach town that wasn't too crazy busy. Clearwater and other beaches were an easy drive. We will definitely be back.

3 long time girlfriends rented this very cute , clean and spacious rental! It was a few minutes walk to the beach and to a few local places to eat and get coffee. Thank you to the hosts for a great stay!

This was our second year staying at Captain’s Cove, although this was a different unit. The location can’t be beat, as there is a lovely view of the canal from the deck and a short walk across the road to the gulf beach. We enjoyed morning coffee and dinner in the deck. The condo had everything we needed. Only comment is that we wish there were more detailed instructions to get local television station or cable. (Streaming services were available). The condo had WiFi which was adequate for several devices, as we worked remotely. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was nice, and two bathrooms were great. We booked again for next year! Thanks so much.

This was a very comfy condo, and we enjoyed our short get away. The beds were comfy, but the bunk beds are a little squeaky when someone rolls around which is hard for the person sleeping in the other bed if your a light sleeper. Enjoyed the fishing dock and beach access across the gulf Blvd.

To say we loved the location and space of this condo is an understatement. It was perfect from the first step. Beautifully decorated and clean. Just steps from the beach with all the beach gear you could need available to use. We were sad to leave and would be back tomorrow if there weren’t these lame things called work and school. The host answered questions within minutes and even have excellent recommendations. If you are looking for a nice personal boat cruise in the area I highly recommend Ryan from Need for Sea Boat Tours. Great restaurants and things to do. We will be back and I’ll tell everyone I know who wants to stay near Clearwater to stay here. Thanks so much. Best vacation in years. Annette

In my daughter's words, "I give it an A++". This property was wonderful. We love the Madeira Beach area, the property was quiet, beautiful view, fully equipped beyond our expectations, and just all around great! Our only complaint was that the pool closed at dusk. We like evening swims, but that will definitely not stop us from returning.

Wonderful location close to the beach, several ice cream places within walking distance, right on the canal. Beautiful view from the balcony onto the water (canal). Lovely decor.

Super easy transaction & check-in & out.

This place was tastefully decorated, very clean, and convenient to beach and many restaurants. My family was also very impressed and good old dad made some points with this choice of stays. I can't think of a single negative, everything was well taken care of.

My family of 5 adults and one teen fit perfectly here. Of all the condos we have stayed at this has been the cleanest and most comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach towels and umbrellas were provided as well as two beach wagons which is a major plus as most condos do not provide these things. It was quiet there which was nice. We enjoyed the beach, very short walk. The bird wildlife was amazing to watch. We saw two sea turtle nests too! The liner in the main bathroom needs replaced with a longer one. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We do not have small kids, but this condo provided several sand toys and also has a small pool on property. Also the beach is not congested, which is what we like, also making this location nice for families with smaller children. Definitely recommend this property!

We stayed at the property on family vacation and it was great. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach. The property had some beach equipment (wagon, umbrella, mat, sand toys, etc.) we were able to use which was great because we flew into town. The kids also really enjoyed the pool.
