New building and the location in the Yale Hospital district. Comfortable 1 bedroom with decent gym in the basement and nice rooftop area. Pleasant experience.

It is our first time to book thru VrBO but we've traveled all over the world to 40+ countries. The Hyatus apartment thru Vrbo we stayed last week was one of the best. There is privacy, state of the art accommodation, private parking and clean facility. The host was responsive to our queries promptly. I will give it 5 star and highly recommend it. I will definitely stay here again.

Can't beat the location! And the on-site parking is a huge plus. The management company is very responsive and really wants to make your stay great. The property is comfortable and clean, which are two top priorities. The bed is comfortable and you do truly feel like you're at home. This is the 4th time we've stay at a Hyatus property and I never hesitate to rebook when we have plans to visit New Haven. There's no long list of check-out responsibilities. The linens and towels are nice quality. And while there may be some general 'lived in' feel with the furniture, it's really like housesitting for a friend while you're there.

Tons of space plenty of bedrooms everything was spotless and clean, neighborhood was quiet, very close inexpensive uber to all casinos and restaurants

This stay was wonderful. I stayed here for 20 days until I found my apartment and this place felt like home. The staff was amazing and attentive to all of my needs. I would stay here again. :)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was immaculately clean, as well as spacious. The kitchen had all the needed amenities, convenient for dine-in when we didn't wish to eat in a restaurant. This was nice, especially for breakfast. I would use Hyatus again.

Location is close enough to walk to downtown New Haven and Yale. Always felt safe, even at night, despite the quiet area. Apartment is all new and modern and offers generous space for two. Only the permanent throbbing or humming of what seem to be the hospital complex's huge heat pumps a block away is slightly annoying.

My girlfriend and I wanted a nice relaxing getaway and we got just that while we stayed for three nights. We loved getting the chance to experience New Haven and it’s culinary culture. We also got to enjoy a winery, apple picking and Yale’s beautiful museums. The place was gorgeous and exactly like it was in the pictures. Would absolutely come back.

The apartment was beautiful. Loved the tea kettle! Everything we needed was provided. Rooftop was a bonus. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will be back!

We rented a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and living room unit from Hyatus for 2 weeks in July 2023. The check-in and check-out were easy. The parking for our car was very convenient (alongside the building). The property is well located near Yale University, and there is evidence of security (police patrols) near the apartments. The apartment building is well secured, except when a person is moving in long-term (we observed the building entry doors being open for a considerable time). The apartment that we stayed in was very well designed with a great layout, 9 foot ceilings, and wall sized windows. There was plenty of light and space. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. There were enough towels and bedsheets. There is also a cleaning service if one requires the same. The unit is aesthetically furnished. The king bed was sooo comfy! The Hyatus representative was well-mannered, polite, and communicative. Overall, our stay was happy, safe and comfortable!

We stayed at Hyatus for a girl’s getaway and it was great. The apartment is located in walking distance of many New Haven sites. It was very clean and comfortable and the building was quiet. The check-in process as well as the detailed access instructions were fantastic. We would definitely like to come back!

Immaculate Accomodation with beautiful views.

This property is NOT new as described. There is some significant wear and tear. However the biggest issue was the sofa in the living room smelling like a toilet while the mattress and the mattress cover showed significant urine stains. This hygiene should not be allowed by the county health department, therefore ther should be an official complaint!!! Communication with the management was ok on the issue and they partially took care of it for the second night of stay. But they did charge a huge amount for this unit. Should I have known all the details that were missing from property description I would have not booked it!!!

Everything about this property is easy! Easy parking and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Easy access to the gym and roof views. Easy access to and from the freeway.
